I had ordered from the website antgirlcollection.com for Rs. 735 (prepaid order), I did not receive the order yet with no communication from the website and now the website says that this site cannot be reached. My order was placed on 25th december and I have got no updates or no way to reach the website to view the status of the order. My order number is 18256.

I ordered a dress from Ant Girl Collection on January 09, 2020. I got the confirmation mail at that date with an expected delivery date of January 25, 2020. The product has not been delivered yet and as I am trying to open the site for checking the status. It is showing me that the IP no longer exists. I think this is a fraud platform trying to entice people with lowest prices possible.

Placed the order and pre paid but didn't receive it. Unable to contact them either

I ordered two dresses from ant girl collection web page online. With order# 31305. I recieved the below message from them,

"thank you for shopping with antgirlcollection.com. Your order is confirmed. Your order will delivered to you on 19/01/2020. Happy shopping! We don't ask for otp/pin for offers to demand money. Contact us: [protected], [protected]@gmail.com"

Yet i have not received any package for the fully paid order. Also there are no response to calls and emails. And unable to access the official site as well now. Kindly help me to get a refund please.

I ordered a yellow colour top on 9th Jan 2020. I also received confirmation regarding the order and delivery date. it has to be delivered by 25th Jan 2020.
Now, 25th Jan has passed and I got to know that this "ant girl collection" is a fraud. I have paid Rs. 270 for my order. Please return my amount. and take some strict action against them.

Hi, i ordered through ant girl collection items worth 598 and have not recieved any items or communication. I ordered on jan 6th and have not received any items.

The website is antgirlcollection.com. I got a confirmation email saying my order will be delivered on jan24th. Havent got any. They have provided contact number [protected] that is currently not going through.

I'd ordered two products from their store and haven't received them as per the informed date. I see a lot of complaints registered in their name and feel they have been scamming quite a few people. I tried calling to their given contact number and found that my number is barred. I would like to take all the necessary steps in order to track them and ensure justice to all the customers like me.

Company confirmed my order on 10th january and was expected to be delivered before 25th january. Confirmation code is 49450. It's not delivered yet and i've no contact number and even website is also not working. I'm sharing the proofs of payment n order confirmation.
Kindly tell me what's the best possible solution for this fraud.

I hope there's a way to get my money back and track down the upi id and bring these fraudsters to justice.

I had ordered 2 tops from antgirlcollection.com via their facebook page. The order was supposed to be delivered on 25th january and it hasn't reached yet. I tried tracking my order, but was unable as their phone number is switched off and there is no trace of neither their website nor their facebook page. They only accepted prepaid orders and so i have lost rs 580. I had paid through upi to a business called razorpay. I want to file a complaint against this website. Please help me to get me back my refund and assist me to do the necessary next steps.

I have ordered a gown for ₹549 from antgirl collection website.
There was not pay later option. So i paid for the same, revieved sms from qp-fashnt that order confirmed and will be delivered by 25th jan.
But after ordering website stopped working and till date i am not able to open the website.
Phone number given is also not working.
It's a fraud website.

I had placed order for 6 kurta from ant girl collection,
I have paid them around rs 2000,
I had received a message saying my order will be received by 21st january 2020 but i have not received my order till date.
I emailed but their email is removed, also their website is not working.
I would request for my refund and put a fraudulent case on the people behind this scam, they should be punished for this scams.

I have stated my concern over another segment and here i am going to share the details o[censored]pi payment which i had made. Please ensure that my money is refunded to me. My order number is 45814 which is not delivered yet even after making the payment. The same was promised to be delivered within 15 days or so but it wasn't and no revert has been made from their side.

I have order jumpsuit from this website, they only accept prepaid orders, so i evan paid for my order through amazon pay. Order has been placed in start of this month, 15-20 dayz has been passed but no update is available from that site, i tried to open the link given from them but it's not opening, please return my amount or else deliver the order.

Recently i ordered clothing worth of 1, 824/- from antgirlcollection (#45814) and it mentioned it only takes online payment. I made the payment for the same and it sent a message that the clothes will be delivered within 10 days. I even tried mailing them but no revert and the number they had given is switched off now. Such kind of fraudsters are highly condemning. I hope whosoever is behind this gets the punishment.

Only prepaid orders were available, and very long delivery period! I ordered garments for total of rs. 355! No delivery!

Came across this site 'ant girl collection' on facebook.

I placed an order for 5 dresses costing me rs. 2265/-. As the site was only accepting prepaid orders, i paid for it using gpay through razorpay.

I received a message saying that the order will be delivered in 13-15 days and the delivery date to be[protected], but the items are undelivered.

Was provided with a number ([protected]) and an email-id ([protected]@gmail.com), both turned out to be fake.

I saw a lot of complaints regarding this site and decided to try my luck here.

A refund and action against the handlers of the business "ant girl collection" will be greatly appreciated!

I hav ordered for 2 products on 5th january 2019 at rs. 705. The date of delivery was on 23 jan.. Soon received a confirmation message..
Long delivery period. No cod option was there.. Hence paid via razorpay. As the same was via online i never thought it to be fraud.. When am trying to track i found that the website is missing.. The number given is stiched off.. Kindly advice how to get the refund.

He said it will reach on 23 jan 2020. I said this is a long time to deliver.
