Most of the times internet service is not available.It is non reliable.

The internet pack which I took was supposed to give me 7-8mbps speed bt it doesn't even provide 1mbps most of the time. The internet just disconnects 10-11 times in a day and doesn't come back for 1-2 hrs or so. What the hell are we paying all this money for? It's the worst connection after mtnl.

Anusat and Soipl together are looting the people of BARC . A big scam is going on . No other option is available . The only other option is MTNL which is dead. These people are ### and looting since so many years. Many people have their profits involved in this .
And there have been so mANY COMPLAINTs against anusat everywhere and in this FORUM too . WTF are you even doing ?

Madarchod, accha wifi provide nhi karte aata toh dhanda kyu khol ke rakha hai tu ne? Most of the times the wifi doesn't work! If it works, it works only for Google websites (Youtube, Gmail, Google, ...).
Request to readers to please search for any other wifi service provider before reaching Anusat.

Slow internet provider. Not at all providing stable internet connection. Very poor cable connections. Maintenance is totally waste. High ping issues. Only getting 10-20 kb/s of speed. They should be removed from this area. Please bring any eon digital connection to this area. They are doing their monopoly in this area by providing waste services

Worst connection provider on the planet. Slow internet with high ping issues. Providing 10-20kb/s speed of internet. These internet providers should be removed from anushaktinagar. Why are they taking money if they aren't providing proper stable internet

There is a green signal in the wifi router but the net is not working so want to know that did our plan get expired or what is the real problem.
Can you please see the problem and reply soon as possible. Because we can't contact anyone because of it it's very different to reach to anyone so i ensure that this problem of mine will be solved as soon as possible.

We have been using anusat cable and net since 2 to 3 years but now we are facing probems we are not getting a channel 'zee marathi ' since 3 to 4 days we contacted them a technician came he gave us a number and said call anusat office and give them this number the channel will be activated but we did this process and they are not activating the channel

Internet & cable service is very bad. Specially internet frequency is very very poor. Only 1 hour in 24 hrs it works. Whenever i call them they don't attend the phone call and when receive speak very harshly. I called for cable channel problem, they said after some time it would come, but did not come, then again called but did not attend the call. I am really fed up with this company. There is no any cable and net provider in anushakti nager, barc colony. They are the only one so they take it for granted, i say prices are very high from outside net provider, but service is very bad.

The speed of internet is 5-10 times slower than subscribed and internet service disrupted few hours in a day and during weekends. Even the cable service and signal is poor. There is no upgrade of service or signal even after repeated complaints. They have more subscribers that probably allowed and their devices can handle. The phone line is deliberately made busy. The staff does not know how to behave with Scientists residing in BARC colony. There is deficiency in services, poor customer service and poor infrastructure by Anusat Association. We all request authorities to take necessary actions.
