Ordered MI20000 power bank from apnaprice.com (received free memory card of samsung 128gb) and I received it on 2/5/2017 but both the product are not genuine and totally fake and not in working condition. When i try to communicate to them, there is no customer service number. I forwarded my contact no. and email to them but not received any reply from them.

Ur cheating me like this u want to replace my sd card or my money soon reply for this complaint... Product was faked is not original. no warranty card on Xiaomi 20000mAh Mi Power Bank box, and memory card is not working and also memory card is faked not original, not original holograms on products. also packing is not original ... and there is some product order & return details.

Such a shocking mi power bank 20000mah only one time charge a phone mi note 3 4100mah second time to plug the phone it's doesn't charge more than 15%
And the memory card 128gb is same connect in computer to thansfer some movie his capacity is 8-10gb. It takes only 20 to 25 minutes for a file transfer.

I bought mi power bank through apna price (https://www.apnaprice.com/xiaomi-20000mah-mi-power-bank), it was not charging properly and once i checked internet it was fake. i initiated the refund and not received any reply from there side. why the goverment is not doing any thing to control this crook people and reulate...
