Urgent: Serious Concern Regarding Incorrect Sample Labeling

There was an incorrect labeling on the sample, which we discovered only after four days—following the complaint I raised. This is completely unacceptable, especially given the critical nature of the test. Such an error by your pharmacist is a serious issue and raises major concerns about the accuracy and reliability of your processes.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is Karthick Rajendran from Electronic City Phase-1, Bangalore. I have booked Lab test on Dec 16-2023 morning at 9:45AM at PCC Neo Town Apollo Diagnostics Branch and given Blood Sample (Fasting Before Food) and Urine Samples at 10:00AM. While booking lab test I have asked processing and report distribution time and I was told that I will get report within 4 hours and after food Blood Sample (After 2 hours of meal) was given at 12:45 PM and I was told that I will get my report at 04:00PM.

I have not received my lab test report at Dec[protected]:00 PM IST when I check again I was told that 05:00PM IST report will be given but it was not provided at all and didn't get response from branch incharge. So I came directly to PCC Neo Town Apollo Diagnostics branch at 05:30PM and there was no response from branch incharge. I had waited outside of PCC Neo Town Apollo Diagnostics from 05:30PM to 07:35 PM but the branch was closed and no one arrived at all. They have been keep saying that they will be there in 15 mins but no one arrived at all till 07:35PM of Dec 16-2023.

Based on the promise provided by PCC Neo Town Apollo Diagnostics branch incharge I had booked doctor appointment and I have lost my appointment as well and my time also wasted. I have called Apollo Diagnostics Customer Care and raised complaint about the PCC Neo Town Branch and spoke with area Sales person Ramesh and Incharge for Apollo Diagnostics franchisee person as well but no proper response or action from. They have asked me to wait till 09:00PM to get the report because they have received the blood samples at 04:00pm (I can't accept this improper and in accurate way handled samples report). Which is really careless and worst support. Complete lab test report wasn't provided by Apollo Diagnostic till Dec[protected]:00PM and also not reponding to my phone calls.

I have told them that due to their carelessness and ridiculous support I have wasted my time and all important work. Now I really wanted to raise official complaint against PCC Neo Town Apollo Diagnostics centre about their carelessness and worst service. Later when Ramesh asked excuse I have told him to Return the Money ₹1034 (Receipt attached for reference) which I have paid for this Lab test and amount which I had wasted on doctor appointment ₹500 needed back but he said he will check with Branch in charge and refund the money but no response at all. Not reponding to phone calls and not returning the money ₹1534 which they agreed to return. I have gone through lot mental harassment by PCC Neo Town Apollo Diagnostics Branch & it's Staff Swetha.

I wanted to resolve this issue easy manner but there is no co-operation from PCC Neo Town Apollo Diagnostics branch Incharge and sales manager as well. I have reported this issue through Apollo Diagnostic Customer Care but they didn't take any proper action to rectify this issue. Hence I am raising this official complaint against PCC Neo Town Apollo Diagnostics Branch & it's Staff Swetha in consumer forum to get justice.

Please look into this issue and take necessary action on PCC Neo Town Apollo Diagnostics Branch & it's Staff Swetha behavior. As well as a lot of mental torture was given to me by Apollo Diagnostics on this issue to get resolution but still there is no resolution and refund also not issued by them.

I have called and spoken to that Apollo Diagnostics PCC Neo Town Branch manager again and got the resolution. Hence closing this case.

    We took an RT-PCR test from Apollo 24/7 on Sunday, 12th March, 2023 at 3 PM. The reports were supposed to be generated by Monday, 13th March, 2023 at 3 PM. Despite multiple follow ups with the team, they haven't provided the RT-PCR reports. Writing this complaint on 14th March at 9.15 AM. This is a complete scam, their customer support does nothing, they have been taking me for a ride for the last 36 hours. They have zero concern for their customers' health. I haven't started the right medication because of them and have been suffering for the last two days. Today morning they say that there is a form that needs to be filled which is a new govt. guideline without which the report cannot be generated. They haven't informed this for the last 36 hours, and as of this minute, they haven't sent me the form either. Their services need to be taken down for being inefficient, and duping customers

      This is such a disgusting thing i have ever faced . I am so frustrated by the behavior and response received by apollo diagnostic team.

      I have booked PR/INR and hba1c tests for my father on 27th and the peson from team had collected the sample on 28th at 8:30am in the morning.

      Since i was said i will receive the report in 12 hrs i had booked an appointment with my doctor on 29th at 2pm.

      But on 28th night i had received saying PT/INR vaalue is reading 50. I was schocked to know thatit was 2.68 when tested last time. I was panicked and asked multiple questions and the person started saying its 5 now. And he also said we need to recollect the sample. I agreed to that.

      Person came to collect sample again on 29th early morning at 6 30am. I mentioned that i need my reports by 1 30 pm because i had an appointment.

      After that i have been chasing the apollo customer care on[protected]. They were redirecting me to some number wich was saying airtel number is busy. Stay on line or Please try again later.. it repeated and got disconnected. This happend 3 times in a row


      The i shouted and begged for the response and reports. Then they connected to one of the team. Who mentioned they havent received any samples for 2nd time. On 29th. And i am calling mr Ravindra Mahoto eho collected the sample he is not receiving my calls. Later he blocked my number.

      I have called apollo team 26 times . I havent recived any response and reply from the team
      I missed my appointment . This is disgusting expirence with apollo diagnostic team .

      I want my money back. I dont want to trust this brand again. Such a cheap site i have ever seen. Apollo is playing with patients.

      I am really unhappy with apollo diagnostic.

        Dear Sir/Ma’am, I am Phanindra C/o Dr Bhavani Shankar H.no : 4-5-701, 702, Kuthbigda, Kachiguda, Beside of Apollo Diagnostics, Hyderabad 500027, Contact no : [protected], [protected] having a problem with Fast food centre name Venkateshwara fast food center who is residing next to our house, whose timings are10:30am to midnight 11.30pm. due to this fast food center we and our neighbours are facing a serious health issues and breathing problem aswel. Mainly childrens are facing continually Health issues like Caugh and breathing issues This fast food centre is having a serious HEALTH & SAFETY issues also Kindly take a serious action against the Fast food Centre and solve the problem as soon as possible.

          Apollo has taken the sample, eve of my 85 year old grand mother. Still not received the reports after 5 days. All her medication delayed because of their incompetence. Whom should I look at for resolution?

            I chose Apollo based on brand for my covid test.
            I had given my samples on 9/11/2021 at 6:50 am (Order ID[protected]. They had mentioned that within 24 Hrs the report would be available but It's more than 60 hrs now and I haven't received my report. Kindly urgently look in the matter. I need the report in next 2 hrs. If not I want my refund along with compensation for mental torture.

            Customer care people are also fraud, they will keep on circiling you about the report. whenever I call to your customer care they say within 48hrs you will get. Please don't fool people by saying you can give reports within 24 hrs. Also you should update customers if it is getting delayed beyond 24hrs.

            Request your urgent attention.

              We done urine test for our kid in apollo diagnostics (Pammal-chennai).. They have given the duplicate invoice copy to us.
              We have apollo munich health insurance and the claim for this is rejected due to duplicate invoice.
              The attached is the copy of invoice. As a consumer i have right to get the original invoice. I called to apollo diagnostics customer care regarding the issue. No use and no response from them.
              I am very much disappointed.

                This is regarding the Healthy Heart Package for Mrs Shweta Garg with Bill No. DKOR-OCS-2087 that I took through your home collection Service on 23/08/2015. I would like to highlight the following points which tend towards deficiency of service from Apollo Diagnostics 1. The Home collection Boy came at 8.45 AM and late by 45 minutes to collect the sample when I had clearly mentioned collection time to be 8.00 AM. 2. The collection boy did not wear his gloves while taking the sample and I had to insist that he does so. The gloves he used seemed to be used previously and not fresh leading to Risk of infection to the patient. 3. I was not provided a copy of the Bill immediately and hence had no record of having given my sample to Apollo Diagnostics. When I called up the centre, they said the same would be sent to my mail id with 30 minutes but I did not get the same until afternoon. 4. I was promised the Reports by same evening by both collection boy and the centre, but did not get the same. I called up the centre but nobody picked up the phone. I called up the call centre and they said I would get it the next day. On my insistence that I need the report urgently as I need to decide accordingly to show my wife to a doctor they said they will try to arrange for a scanned copy. Finally I received a report late in the night of a patient named Mrs Seetha and I was not sure if the reports were of my wife Shweta Garg or not. I mailed immediately for clarification but haven't got a response to my mail till date. 5. I spoke to the call centre as well the next day and they promised to come back to me with the right report but haven't heard since then. I sent out one more mail to remind and escalate but haven't got a response to that as well. All of above shows clear Deficiency Of Service and lack of customer focus and not expected from a big brand like Apollo. I request for the following immediately 1. Reports for the patient Shweta Garg shared immediately along with Bill details with name corrected. 2. A call from a senior person in Apollo Diagnostics to explain why all of above has happened and why I should not escalate / lodge a complaint with appropriate medical agencies and also create awareness in Social Media about the service provided by Apollo Diagnostics.
