Sir / Madam, On 04/11/14 I ordered one book online at Arihant Publication's website and paid the amount online in advance. Order Id: A119545. I got confirmatory mail from them but I did not receive the book yet. They neither sent any dispatching details nor they are replying to my mail. I am in great need of that book now as my exams are very near.

I have ordered books from Arihant Website. http://www.arihantbooks.com/ . I ordered 3 books cost around 680rs on 14/08/2014. And my Order No is: A 81790. I have been ordered these books almost 20days back. Upto now they didn't dispatch my books. There is no proper response from customer care. When I enquired hundreds of people got cheated by this Publications. Worst ever by Arihant. Friends I beg you don't buy any books from Arihant Website. Many people got cheated by Arihant.

I ordered a book on 31st january 2011 through internet banking from Arihant publications.In the website it is indicated that the book is in stock.But even after 7 days on 7 february 2012(today), the book was not delivered and I mailed them 2 to 3 times. I got no reply and I called the delhi office no. They told that the book is out of stock and they will dispatch the book today evening and I will receive the book in 3 days..But in their website they indicated that delivery will be done within 6-7 days...All are fraud beggars and cheaters...Dont buy any books through arihant using debit card...They will suck your time..
