sir i have ordered three books cost of Rs.538 in arihant publication. I paid through it my city union bank net banking. I ordered on 08.02.2015. My order status is dispatched. I received a mail from them also that i will receive it within 4-6 working days. But till right now i didnot receive it. I belong to a middle class family. 500 rupees is a big money for me. so please returen my amount and take necessary actions on them.

ORDERED BOOK NOT RECEIVED

Sir / Madam,
On 04/11/14 I ordered one book online at Arihant Publication's website and paid the amount online in advance. Order Id: A119545. I got confirmatory mail from them but I did not receive the book yet. They neither sent any dispatching details nor they are replying to my mail. I am in great need of that book now as my exams are very near.

I recently purchased the all-in-one biology cbse grade[protected] edition book and found many silly mistakes like in pg 362 under F1 particle 5th line it is written ADP from ADP while it is ATP from ADP

Not Delivering Books and Not Responding
I have ordered books from Arihant Website. http://www.arihantbooks.com/ . I ordered 3 books cost around 680rs on 14/08/2014. And my Order No is: A 81790. I have been ordered these books almost 20days back. Upto now they didn't dispatch my books. There is no proper response from customer care. When I enquired hundreds of people got cheated by this Publications. Worst ever by Arihant. Friends I beg you don't buy any books from Arihant Website. Many people got cheated by Arihant.

NON-DELIVERY OF BOOK

I ordered a book on 31st january 2011 through internet banking from Arihant publications.In the website it is indicated that the book is in stock.But even after 7 days on 7 february 2012(today), the book was not delivered and I mailed them 2 to 3 times. I got no reply and I called the delhi office no. They told that the book is out of stock and they will dispatch the book today evening and I will receive the book in 3 days..But in their website they indicated that delivery will be done within 6-7 days...All are fraud beggars and cheaters...Dont buy any books through arihant using debit card...They will suck your time..

I do online payment for purchasing of 2 books but they could not dispatch my order till today,when i call in office no one picup the phone....i called his meerut centre lot of time... facing the same problem from arihant publications
