Hi. I have place an order on november 4, 2019 on armaf's website for captioned items. However, even after multiple follow ups on the email (Sellers email id: [protected]@gmail.com) i have not received any response as on date.in addition the fedex tracking number available (#[protected] says that the package has not been picked up either. As there is no contact number of the seller, i'm not able to get in touch with them. Kindly look into...

I had placed the order on 7th december 2019,
Online payment.
Today is the 19th of december, still no update on the status.
I have the mail of order placed too. But since then there is no response from their side. I have mailed them 4 times still no response.
