I had parked my vehicle (Car) in the 4 wheeler stand on 08. Mar 20 at about 10.33 am. The parking ticket was issued by the person in-charge there for that time. I returned back by 11.15 hrs and when i took my car out of the parking stand, he told me to give rs. 30 instead of rs.20. When i enquired him why he is charging rs. 10 extra, he tore the ticket which indicated the time and threw in the gutter nearby. Also, he refuse to give me a bill...

I have received the following sms from bank:
Dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc issued to hdfc bank limited with value rs. 30000.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.
I have not given any mandate. Please resolve the issue. Screen shot of the sms is attached herewith.
