Worst Service and Seat arrangement

My name is Prashant Prasad , i booked the ticket of ArrowTravels , for Pune to Sirdi ( Date [protected], Departure Timing at 11:20pm from Shastri nagar, Pune).
I have booked the seat using the redbus.in service and my seat which i booked was seat no-8.
I have arrived the boarding point before 20 min i.e at 11:00 pm made a call to the Arrow Travels about the status of the bus location they said that they will be reaching Shastri...

Increasing the rate to more than Double.

Dear Sir,

I had booked a bus ticket from Makemytrip.com of Arrow travels for Pune-Indore ( journey date 07th March 2012) on 14th feb 2012.
The ticket was confirmed and then 14th Feb evening i got a call from arrow travels to cancel my ticket because they have canceled the bus.
But I checked on redbus.in the same bus of arrow travels (8:45 pm) its available there at 1200.
Is it correct that bus operator...
