We found this weird thing looking like a lizard inside ITC Aashirvaad Atta multi-grain 5kg on 12th August 2021. It's so disgusting to even examine that weird thing found inside packet. It's really scary. Will never purchase this brand again. Never expected such worst quality from ITC. Photos attached....

I purchased Aashirwaad atta of 10 kg pack
On 14/8/15 with batch no GA, packed on 6 Aug 2015.
from m/s.RAMA DEPARTMENTAL STORE, A-1/17, vijay enclave, main palam dabri road, N.D.-110045, vide bill no.026585 On opening and at the time o[censored]sing i found dead insects in it. So please send your Sales Rep to witness and get it replaced and refund for the defected product earliest possible. thanks .m

We found a big dead cockroach in ITC whole wheet Atta on 14th Oct. It was packed in Aug.
It is really big lapse in quality checks.
I am really scared to use any packet food now...If they charge so much why can't they give quality ?
I am ready to pay more but someone has to ensure Quality.
Never expected this from ITC.....
