I purchased a motor cycle - Honda Shine in 2007. It was financed by Ashok Leyland Finance Ltd. I have not received any NOC for that till date.
Please resolve this issue....

The above FDR matured on[protected]. Maturity value mentioned is 18046.00. Mean time the company merged with Indusind Bank and thereafter the matter is silent. We have not received the payment nor a renewed FDR from Indusind. We want it located and payment arranged with uptodate interest. This FDR blongs to a religious chairitable trust and the trust cant afford such big loss. Letters to Ashok leyland remain unreplied. Their phone donot answer....
