I have ordered asitis brand creatinine monohydrate, after opening it it is not mixing into the water. when i wrote email to the company they asked for the vedio of the product that it is not mixing. After providing vedio they are telling to use it with some euipped bottle. But the product is water soluble it should dissolve without using euipped bottle as other product creatinine rapidly dissolve....

I Ordered two AS-IT-IS Nutrition Whey Protein Powder from Official website of As itis nutrition on Feb 03, 2022.
On Feb 06, 2022 I received my order from Delhivery.
When I Opened the box, i got to know that i received only one quantity of whey protein powder. Whey Protein isolate is not there in the box.
I don't know who is at fault, as the box I received was also in really bad condition.
On february 9 I got reply from asitis nutrition, they told me there's nothing wrong with their side, they even sent me a video where it is clearly shown that 2 items are packed in a box.
So, I contacted delhivery courier service, First they told me to wait for 48hours and then I got a call from the delivery boy. He told me that if my product is missing, he will deliver it to me within 4-5 days.
Still, i not received my missing product.

I'm a regular customer for asitis whey protein as I order every month. This time I got delivered by 22 September 2021. Opened my product yesterday
The pack is spilled with powders. Then I checked for seal, it is perfectly sealed. Then I verified in letsverify app
The product is original. But when I tasted it the taste is unusual. Later I check the pack thoroughly, I noticed a tear about 5cm at the side. It complete disappointed me. It is filled with some other powder. Later I got stomach ache. It's completely a fake product. I don't know whether is issue is from company side or from delivery side. Please help me to resolve
