Dear Sir/Madam,
I, the undersigned, purchased an Ather Rizta S MX 06 electric scooter (Chassis No: MYHACBDA0SBA17140) from your Kudasan dealership on 06 February 2025. Despite full payment and multiple follow-ups, I have not received:
• Final Invoice
• RC Book or Registration Certificate
• Permanent Number Plate
• Vehicle documentation required by law
Only partial documents (proof of payment and booking receipt) were issued .
This delay of over 6 months has caused me extreme mental harassment, inconvenience, and financial loss. I have made numerous attempts through emails, calls, and online complaints, but received no resolution or response.
As per the Motor Vehicles Act, a vehicle without valid registration is not allowed on public roads, making my ₹1.27 lakh investment practically unusable.

I demand the following within 7 days of this notice:
1. Immediate issuance of:
o RC Book
o Number Plate
o Final Purchase Invoice
o Delivery note and warranty documents
2. A written explanation for the delay
3. Failing which:
o I will return the scooter to the dealership
o File a formal complaint in the Consumer Court
o Pursue criminal charges for cheating and deficiency in service
o Highlight your unethical practices on social media and public forums
Facts:
• I purchased an electric scooter (Ather Rizta S MX 06) on 06 Feb 2025 after full payment.
• Despite several months and multiple reminders, I have not received my number plate, RC book, invoice, or necessary legal documents.
• The vehicle cannot be used on public roads legally.
• The company ignored all complaints and escalations.
• I’ve suffered mental stress and incurred loss o[censored]tility.

Reliefs Sought:
1. Refund of the total purchase amount ₹1, 27, 192 with 12% interest
2. Compensation of ₹1, 00, 000 for mental harassment
3. Litigation costs of ₹5, 000
4. Return of the vehicle and cancellation of sale
5. Strict action against dealership under CPA 2019

This is the final warning. You are solely liable for the financial, legal, and reputational consequences.

Left my vehicle at Ather service station since the side stand broke. After following up several times, they say that the part is yet to arrive and they won't even give us a tentative date by when the Vehicle will be repaired.
A simple sidestand must not take a Month to procure.

Dear Sir, My Self Satya Verma resident of Delhi State, being cheated by Ather & their dealer.
The declread offer on EV Scooter is not impletement on dealer billing and they are adding Delhi Gov. Subcidy amount too on their billing.
I have write many e-mails on this regards to the dealer and Ather for explantion that why they are adding consumer subcidy on their billing that is Delhi Gov. relife to their residents but not getting...
