I had a complaint for my split ac and had called panasonic customer care and they sent a useless service center auto power associates from adyar their workers came and solved a problem by filling gas after fifteen day again there was no cooling and again i called the auto power assts now they are telling me that i wud cost 7000 rupees for the service. Called them many times no response when i called the office the lady behaved very badly...

My washing machine broke down and i called these service agency from sulekha. They came and took the machine and gave it after two weeks and took 7700 from me. The recommended job was arm problem but the work mentioned in bill was board and motor reconditioning. Again the same problem occured and when i called them their response was not proper. So i called the company service people and they said that it is the drum that has to be chenged...

The worst experience I ever had in my life. the manager Sri kumar is such a ruthless mannerless person. he does not give respect at all. they services my a.c. for water leakage and billed me 2500 again in 3 days the same problem arose hence again I tried following them but this manager and his receptionist are so sick and disgusting they did not respond to properly. I'm still following them.
