I am Merin Jose and i am very disappointed while writing this email. today[protected] I had a very awful experience from your insurance team of AVG Motors LTD (Maruti Suzuki Service, Pala) Anthinadu - Mankara Rd, Anthinad, Pala, Kottayam Kerala 686651, India when I went to give my car for claim.
In the beginning of this year your team was just literally disturbing me to renew my insurance policy which will be activated only on 7th march 2023, before the expiry of the existing insurance scheme.This means that my existing insurance is still active.In this case yesterday when I went to claim for my car Vittera Breeza ZXI Plus KL35K7095 with the Policy Number 2367/65952664/S0/000 - Period of insurance 08/03/2022 to 07/03/2023, your claim team member treated me very badly and told me that I am not eligible for this claim using the existing insurance. How could this guy or your team could say that we are not eligible for this.Is your team not responsible for our vehicle until 7th of march. Do you think that we don't have value for money. If you are not ready for doing this claim do one thing refund the remaining amount until march 8th from the day when we took the new policy. I just had a suggestion while disturbing people to renew the claim please explain that existing policy can never be used until the expiry of existing insurance.We are the customers of indus insurance and AVG insurance team since 10 years, It is the first time I got such an awful experience. I am very disappointed with this behavior. I have a small request to your team please provide some extra training to your insurance team members to treat the customers in a bit more courteous manner.
