I Would like to inform you that, i am very much frustrated from your service currently my plan running 299 and my bill amount is 2434 rs please waiver the wrong charges, otherwise i will not use your service in future, and i will not pay the bill amount, last 3 bill you charged the wrong charges, for help i was called in your customer care number, your back end team block my number...

Poor service for new Broadband connection

Dear Sir,
I have apply new Reliance broadband connection on 3rd April'2015 & have made approx 50 to 60 phone call to for installation, 9th April'2015 they installed connection but at 18.00 hrs our connection was stop working. Again i make so many call for rectify the problem, still no person is taking follow up. still my connection is not started yet.
