We were planning to do dropshipping with Baapstore. Luckily I thought of ordering some sample products first before purchasing their services. We got a very clear picture how fake they are. We ordered 5 products received only 4 one got lost from their end.
The quality of the products was pathetic and not like it looks in the pictures and the packaging also was quite poor.
Also, we returned the products but never got the refund.br...

This is in reference to a dropshipping website called, www.baapstore.com
I was looking for a drop shipping website and while searching for drop shippers in india i case across their site.

I checked the benefits section of their website it says "sell on marketplaces like ebay, amazon, flipkart, etc.,". So i though i could make huge profit by seller on these market places as they are the big players in india.

So baapstore basically provides three plans - bronze, gold and diamond.in bronze plan they will not offer website, in other two they offer website. Actually i have joined baapstore to seller on amazon, bronze plan would have been best for me then i saw the reviews in of the review one customer said that the services are not good in bronze. So i purchased diamond plan.

As i said my primary motive was to seller on amazon, i listed my products on amazon when i listed my products i see that other sellers are selling it at very cheap price. So i reduced my price to match theirs, after all the deducttions i was making only 30 to 70 rupees on one order. I thought even though the profit margin is very less lets start selling.

So i finally i got my first order on sep 16th, so i forwarded the order details to baapstore asking them to process the order. To which they replied this

"dear sir,

This is an amazon orders and amazon does not provide cod orders for sellers with ship shipping option. So please confirm with amazon if it's an easy ship order or self shipping order. Sellers should receive self shipping orders only in dropshipping business. Please contact your amazon support and let us know.

I have attached the screen shot as well.

When they have mentioned on their website that they will process the amazon orders then why are they not processing it. As they were unable to fulfil the services which they have offered i have requested a refund, to which they replied with no refund policy for services offered.

I desire a complete refund and compensation for the mental agony i have faced with this transaction.
