Bajaj has stopped ecs suddenly and they staretd collecting the money from home. I have cleared every emi on monthly basis but after the due date. This is ridiculous that they didnt even bothered about informing to get the ecs for another bank account. They had to say that they will levie the charges for bounces. They started collecting the money but they didnt stop the ecs at all. This looks like fraud and i am in a situation now that cannot...

my complaint is against Bajaj finserv lending,as i am the existing customer of BFL with loan account number #4000CD00171074.i had taken a personal loan from BFL at the time of taking they promise me to give the EMI card with in 2 months but 4 months have been passed i had not got any card.i request the BFL to send a EMI card along with the loan account statement to me.

I have take consumer loan from bajaj consumer loan division. They did not credited checks and they came to home and collected their reciepts and they did not updated properly and they kept my details in CIBIL. I request bajaj to consider and remove my name from cibil. my mobil no is [protected].

Loan not received and loan EMI is getting deducted
Hi,
This is regarding my(Mohammed Yaseen) Bajaj personal loan # 4040PL0009852. I have applied for personal loan with Bajaj and they have misplaced my DD. I have already send them number of reminders not to deduct my EMI amount as i have not received any loan from them.
But still there is no action from them and EMI of Rs. 4728. has been deducted my Bank account.
When i called up the Bajaj Finance office...
