Hello I'm hemat Chauhan from morkanda jamnager my shop at morkanda. Before 1month balaji products deler nahi aa raha he kitne din Ho gaye he. vah hamari samane vali dukan pr products deta he lekin hamare yaha nahi deta..to pls inquiry...

I have received worst quality of chips...what your quality department do...

I just love balaji crunches a specially crunchex simply salted and chilly tadaka.

But today I am little disappointed with your products quality. I purchased crunchex simply salted and it was 50% burn out product.

We can understand if there some of like this but most of the wafers are burn out and its taste bitter.

Please do not compromise in quality as will love balaji crunches.

I have general store in Thana, Dungarpur (Rajasthan) 324804. It's been twenty days we didn't get any product from balaji distributor of our area, we're regularly contacting them but they are not responding properly, please do take action against ASAP.

Its a major issue from last 6 months our distributor sanket, is not delivering product on time and some time they take 2 weeks long to get the balaji products. I own radhe sweets, in sihor town and i got 3 shops and i generally order maximum 30, 000 balaji products per months its a serious issue in sihor town of bhavnagar district better uh improve this and solve this...

I like your most of the products and mostly your singh bhujia and masala wafer.i eat masala masti often you can say everday.i love it but from december its quality has been degraded.less masala, less cooked wafer.when i look at the date it was mostly 10, 11, 12th of december.so i kindly advice you to have a look at this.

In my village balaji wafers are not transport but some hotels are to provide the balaji wafers then not satisfying me. Then what to do

Bad quality wafers contains fungus and bad potatos..

I bought a packet of balaji wafers simple salted, and I saw a chip with fungus on it. The date of manufacturing is 18th of August and the expiry is not before four months. This is highly disappointing as a consumer to witness this kind of service from a trusted brand. We have put so much of faith under the balaji brand and always consume it's products but this was a very unfortunate event. I will make sure this reaches to the top because as consumers, we reserve the right to file a complaint on this kind of an action. Plus at this point of time, when COVID 19 is everywhere around the world and is one of the most frightening viruses in the history, this is even more scary. Because this makes us believe that we cannot trust the brand at any cost now. I preserve the right for a decent compensation for this.

Balaji wafers such a giant company.. how can they forget to put salt in their Salted wafers.. please take quick actions on this. I m your daily routine customer... I buy balaji wafer from distributors.
I purchased masala wafer mrp:10.
In product they write 45grm.
When in see the product and the give me a 15 grm only wafer. I want to give answer when u are useing a automatic plant then why are the problems creating. I go to grahak suraksa kenra.

Childrens are eating this products and it is not hygenic and even taste is bitter of the singh and my family children get sick after eating this products.
