Respected sir
i would like to file a complain against your delar or sub delar who is
selling paneer whose brand name is SUGAM. The name of shop is RAM
LAKAN DAIRY (nr to railay crossing, naswadi bazar) locatin is at
Naswadi Ta naswadi dis chhotaudepur gujarat.
he is selling sugam paneer 200g at Rs 95 though printed price is of
Rs95 only. my wife asked him why you are taking Rs 4 extra then he
replid to my wife that rate has been increased. my wife said Rs91 is
printed. Then he snatched packet and told her that leave it dont take
if you are not able to pay Rs95 for this.
this is the kind of respect being paid by your dealar who is selling
your product.
then me and my wife came back to home
this is not fare kindly take some action against such shopkeeper
otherwise he will ruin the brand name.

Every time mistake my order in milk carrette..so how to adjust to customers. And every day one pouch leakage so who will ber the loss of pouch.
I want to change driver for milk supplied.

Dear sir,
I have an issue regarding quality of butter milk of baroda dairy. I have used amul and mahi butter milk they are having good quality of butter milk. No any bad smell. I already complaint to baroda dairy directly last year but yet not changed the quality and even not getting amul butter milk due to sell of baroda butter milk. Please do needful so that either amul butter milk can be available at vadodara rather than baroda dairy butter milk.

Myself mandar apte, resided rajesh chamber, 3rd floor, pratap road. Dandia bzar, baroda.

Since couple of months, the routine morning milk vehicle not comes in time in my area.

Sir he comes every day at 6.15 am. Rearly he comes at 05.30 am or 5.45 am.

Sir i am a service man & reach to office before 7.30 am.

Due to late comes of milk vehicle i suffered too much.

Please solve this issue at the earliest.

Other families are also suffered. Their children needs a milk before go to school or tution. But without milk we could not engage our routine work.

Sir request to change the router or solve this issue at the earliest/

The "BARODA DAIRY PARLOR "located at bajwa in baroda is selling the milk packets in bulk to the shopkeepers instead to the retail customers, morning as milk arrives at bajwa by 5.30/ 6.00am by half an hour, he sells them to the shopkeepers and by 7.00 am closes the shop or puts up a board the "milk not available " similarly in the evening he sells the shopkeepers and the milk as it arrives by 3.30 pm is sold well by 3.40pm itself and colses the shop and after an hour comes back for 10-15 min to show the board "MILK NOT AVAILABLE". His behavior is very arrogant with customers and the tea shop person adjacent sells the left over milk for actual rate +1 re and all the shopkeepers sell at MRP+1, is it not money laundering, kindly do some thing to stop this, if some one can do some thing pls do it or escalate it to the higher authorities
