3rd class side beatflows.com because i'm booking jbl earbuds n recive 50 rupess watch...

I have ordered jbl bluetooth earbuds from beatflows.com on 26th december 2019. My order number was #11930 i've received that order on 4th january 2020. But when i opened the parcel i found simple wired earphones in it. I contacted beatflows customer care service through mail but i didn't get any response from them. I contacted delivery boy but he said that he cant help me regarding this matter. Please solve my problem asap.

I had ordered jbl earbuds for 1599/- as listed on their site. But they send a fake jbl wired headphone of very cheap quality. Their site shows refund is easy but they are not responding to refund mail i have send since days. I have found many consumers like me are getting duped by the company in similar ways. Need to ban the site and take action against them....
