Beautiful Saree.com Complaints & Reviews

I have delivered with wrong saree .my order no. 45699 and the order amount is 1500k and I have been trying to reach them through the mail ID and phone no. Given on their site for return but it's invalid . Tried to contact them through watsapp they are seeing the msges but again no response.Their mail ID is beautiful [protected]@gmail.com. I shared below both the images of saree that I ordered and received one ....

I ordered a saree ten days back from beautiful saree.com
I received the saree yesterday. To my shock the saree i ordered and the one i received are totally different. I paid rs.900 including shipping charges, the saree is not even worth rs.200. I tried calling then i watsapped them and mailed them also. No response
Today they have asked me to courier the item back to them. One of my worst online shopping experiences. I'm planning...

I saw advert of saree online and i liked one. So i pinged that person on whatapp and ordered saree in online by my credit card for rs. 1500/- my order number is 17941. I received order on 24th feb 2019. Material described was soft silk and i received very cheap material saree which is not soft silk and it was in damaged condition. (It was tore). I sent email 3 emails on their email id [protected]@gmail.com wiht the damaged saree pic....
