Plzz unban my id...

On 22 November 2023 someone hacked my BGMI account.
I wrote about 10 to 15 times to BGMI support but no response I'm frustrated now and don't know what to do.
Please help me out

Battleground Mobile India, as government already restricted to this game from playstore, but as parents we request to government permanent ban this game ..
Our most of young generation wasting their time in bgmi and this addiction increasing day by day ... government should concern about this ...as we all parent request to you ban this game permanent ( don't unban )

I am a player of BattleGround Mobile India and I used to play games on my account every day but one day a message came on the screen while opening my account and then my account was Ban.As far as I know BattleGround Mobile India uses some third party applications, the account is banned but I did not use any third party application but my account is banned.

Problems that I can see on the screen after opening my account now I took a screenshot and gave here as proof

I just have an ID with which I used to try to bring my account and I will be very grateful to you for not having any more problems with my account.

I am playing bgmi since 4years Few days back my bgmi account was hacked and unlinked my linked accounts permanently, now i am unable to recover my account, I request to recover my account from hacker i am attaching some proofs that i can prove that my account was really hacked.

My bgmi account was hacked yesterday somehow tha hackers managed to get my facebook account details. They have posted posts using my facebook account that violates the community guidelines i have contacted both bgmi and facebook but they just ignored my mail, i have spent so many hours and money in the game but i worried that i cannot have that account back . When i checked my bgmi account the hacker was using it and i have no login access to it i only hope bgmi will somehow
manage to return my account.

No reason is provided why account is banned instead of providing all details, i play fairly and my KD is 1.2 only, if I am hacking it will be more than that.I am using account for more than 3 yrs now and at 64 level. On complain to BGMI, an auto reply came that they cannot assist further ! 1st BGMI is not able to stop hackers now you are banning all if they are reported due to high ping.How fair it is?? We have no option but to move to other game if there is no fair judgment from your end. Very much disappointed with BGMI.
