Bharat Bill Payment System Complaints & Reviews

I have paid an amount of rs.1002 as january month bsnl landline bill in amazon on 4th february 2020. Status of the payment is successful but, for the bill of february overdue of january month bill is showing. Amazon payment was successful but, bbps payment to bsnl is not successful. I have tried to contact bbps customer service through customer care number but, no one responding. Kindly resolve this problem as early as possible....

Made payment for Rs 823 on 05.04.19 from my ICICI bank I mobile app towards my father postpaid mobile no [protected] in name of Dayal Singh Sammi but he has not received the payment confirmation SMS till now.

The transaction remarks shows as follows:
BIL/BPAY/[protected]/BBPS/AIRTEL
POSTPAID/BBPAIRTPP_[protected]

Please help in providing status of transaction or refunding amount....
