I have taken new connection on on 13th July.The internet is not working from last 3 days.I called 5 times nobody has taken proper action to resolve the issue.I would like to disconnect my broad band service and refund the money

Which i'm not aware, i had paid the bill the same day and then requested for the discontinuation and my due amount in the app was zero, now after somany days they are calling me and asking me to pay again for a month which i didnt use. First of all i had moved out of my old residence in the beginning of month and thats why i had to discontinue since airtel was not available in my residence location.. Now they are disturbing me with the frequent calls. This is my airtel broadband user id[protected]_kk

internet/ landline down since 21st april 2019

Internet/ landline is down since last sunday and technician named kaleeshwar (Mob [protected]) neither contacted me nor visited my house.
I am almost calling them daily to understand what's really wrong, but every time they will provide different eta and will assure me that they will rectify it next 5-6 working hours.
Today i called the technician but he just cut me off after listening to me.
Tired with the pathetic service of airtel i am going for disconnection. Please don't choose airtel.
Post my airtel broadband i will port my airtel number as well.

wrong and higher bill amount and they don't want to revise the bill- big time cheaters

They have been sending wrong(higher) bill amount since last 2 months which is not as per my subscribed plan. When i ask them to revise they are saying me that there is no option to revise. each time i call the customer care they provide me wrong information and not ready to solve the issue. Everytime i reach out to customer care they say call us tomorrow we will resolve the issue. AIRTEL BROADBAND BIG TIME CHEATERS.

You guys are another name of cheaters. Charges are comparatively higher as compared to other service providers.
We not only apartment, entire locality is switching to jio optical fibre.
So, now.., now u r out of market.

airtel broadband payment reminder alert frequently 3 times in a day

I have made the payment for airtel brodband bill amount on nov 2 2018. And i have shared the trancaction id, bank name and branch name in previous request rq no.[protected] which has been closed without any updates/knowledge saying that customer was not reachable, is that the way? To close the request. Let us know what action so far you have taken for previous request and when i call the customer care regarding the reminder alert few days before now aritel representative asking me the proof to send the bank statement also raise the current request. Please let me know after sharing the transaction id with you why you need customers bank statement, in that case while raising request first time why they didn't ask the customers bank statement. Please specify in your blogs saying that if online payment failed (Bold) you have to submit the bank statement along with the request no.

broadband airtel is cheaters

I have booked my new internet connection on 29th november 2018 and paid rs 4803 on the same date i have attached the screenshot of my payment. This connection was booked through the representative named rahul his contact number is : [protected] at the time of booking he gave me the offer of book my show vouchers of rs 3000 and today finally my internet is installed this delay in installation is not because of me i already did my payment on 29th i used to call him daily for my connection but he always told me today - tomorrow.
Now when today i asked for my vouchers he refused to give me and now he is not even picking my call his manager also refused to talk to me. Where should i complain about this case? I also request you to kindly provide my call recordings with rahul so that i can provide the same in consumer court. Attaching you the proof of payment, call history which is showing how i am calling him today and he is not picking the same.

airtel taken money but not giving it back cheating service and enjoying interest with public money

Hi airtel asked me for 3 months advance rental in surya layout bangalore on july 27th and not given any installation for my account [protected] and they said that there is no feasibility and they when i asked for my money to pay back they said that they will fix the issue i waited till aug 7 and finally they said that it is not possible to give connection due to they have line issues. I also agreed and ask them to cancel and pay back the amount and this has been agreed by a airtel managers and field managers. But i have placed on aug 7 even though their mistake they said they required 9 days of time finally with lot of frustration i agreed for that and on aug 15they sent a mail that they processed and required 8 days of time and now again on aug23 rd again they sent they processed and again asking me to wait for 8 days. Without any service like this 4068 is my money and like this who given right to airtel to hold public money without giving service so like this how much amount they are earning in the interest through out india. Please take necessary action to avoid this cheaters and don't take any connections with airtel. They don't even wait for one day and charging the late payment fees now how come they can delay one month of time with public money. Please take action on this cheaters.

downtime issue regarding landline and mobile services

I am an Airtel service user with Broadband/Landline (080-*****887) and Mobile (*******439 / *******719 / *******719). Today in the morning in Karnataka circle in between 9:30 am - 9:45 am the internet went completely down. I understand Airtel was experiencing a downtime.
Were customers informed beforehand about the downtime issue? Was there any communication from Airtel end regarding this? The answer is 'no'. But 'why'? We get spammed with calls if a bill pay by date is missed but when it comes about service issues why can't a simple message be sent??
I am a trader who got into a trade and lost 20K amount in a span of 15 minutes. Who takes accountability for that? And just like me, there would be thousands who are using the internet and might have got into some major trouble due to the downtime issue. I want Airtel to compensate for the loss incurred which could be avoided if I was aware of the downtime.

airtel not increasing my speed when the area's speed has increased

Hello team,
I am on an advanced rental plan[protected]/month), this plan gives the speed upto 100mbps and 175gb limit.
During the time of connection, they said the max feasibility was 16mbps so my speed would be 16mbps and assured me that my speed would increase automatically once the area's feasibility increases.
My area's current minimum speed is 40mbps, however, i'm still stuck at 16mbps. When i call the support team, they are informing me to change my plan again to get the max speed.
But i'm already at 1299 plan and i should again change my plan to 1299 and lose my remaining two months from the advance plan to get 40mbps. Does this sound logical? This is insanely wrong.
It's like you have increased the area's speed to attract the new customers and you are failing to increase the speed of the old customers so that they will cancel their advance plans and pay again to get the high speed. This is cheating because as per the info on the website, any customer should receive upto 100mbps (Max speed that is available as per area feasibility)

I'm having this issue from 2 months and i'm contacting the support, talking to supervisors from past two months but they are just ignoring and informing me that it's escalated and that they will arrange a call back. But so far, there was no call back and they have been ignoring, cutting the call after talking to me for awhile.

airtel harassing and raising bill for 3 months after cancellation

I had a airtel landline connection [protected], i had raised a transfer request for this number to my new residence whereas the airtel customer care told me i couldnt retain this number and the number would have to be changed to a new number.
I had this number for 12 years and after understanding that they cannot provide the same number, i decided to cancel the connection on 4th of november.
I raised the cancellation request on 4th november 2017 and got a confirmation mail that i will i will be receiving a final bill on 9th december for the full and final settlement. And my account will not be incurrin any bill after 4th november 2017.
Then i got constant calls from airtel retention team and they were persuading me to continue the connection but after 14 - 15 calls i got fed up and still continued my stand of cancelling the connection.
The problem i a facing is that we are sitting in february 2018 and airtel is still raising the bill saying because i didnt pay 583 amount in november hence they didnt close the connection.
My question is if for 15 days you are chasing me for retaining the number then you never cancelled it in the first place. And if my full and final bill was coming on 9th december then it is anyway more than 7 days.
So are you saying i can never cancel the connection with airtel.
Now in feb airtel is demanding 2400 rupees whereas the connection was never even installed at my residence.
Few days back on 2 consecutive days the airtel customer care employee told me that now the connection is closed and i will never receive a call from airtel.
They are cheats and i am going to be raising a police complaint against airtel if i am continuously getting these harassment calls for non payment of bills.
I hope anyone who reads this message is well aware of what airtel does and i belive it is the worst telecom company to go for.
I'm never going for an airtel connection ever. Either mobile or landline.

no network /data
I have been using airtel for the past 6 years or so. Never had problems then. For the past one year, i have been facing continues network issues. I don’t even run 4g, as if i switch 4g, i have call drops and calls don’t connect. I was fine with using 3g as it was decently functional. Now in the past 3 months their 3g has also gone worse. Even if it shows full network, the data doesn’t work and also the calls keep dropping. I made a complaint twice, both the times the case was closed without informing and not doing anything about the problem. You guys claim to get 4g network in places like sandhan valley. Its a shame you cannot function properly even in city limits. I am fed up of you guys. I will wait just one another week to sort. If you aren’t able to sort it. I will switch to some other network and also file a complaint against airtel people for causing grievance.

I am using airtel broadband 2 years on wards.. Last 3 months back they gave life long discount of 300 rupees.. Suddenly they have removed my discount offer and charged 900 rupees in october bill... Very fraud service by customer care excutives and gave a complaint for 15 days not worked connection and till now no response and charged high amount... Airtel is ok.. But customer care is worst and cheating customers...

airtel not recognizing my rs. 3183 payment from 2 months

I paid the 3 month airtel broadband bill rs. 3183 for new airtel broadband connection but airtel is considering payment of rs. 383 only.
The payment of rs. 3183 was made through check #15876 (Axis bank) which was debited from my account on 17/07/2017 and paid to "bharti airtel ltd". I have already provided all the debit details from my account to the airtel staff.
My complain no. 86227770 with airtel (Filed on 12 aug) is still not resolved even after 100's of communications. Though airtel is admitting the problem is on their side but not resolving it from last 3 weeks.
Now, i am getting emails and phone calls for disconnection of my broadband but i have already paid the 3 months bill.
I would request to resolve this issue and put some penalty on airtel for such gross mistakes and causing waste of time and mental harassment to the consumer.

Connection was cancelled and it was not Installed but am getting the Bill

I had booked a Airtel Broadband connection and i had to cancel it before installation since there was a 3weeks delay in Installing it.
There is no Modem (or) Phone of Airtel installed but I have received a bill for usage between 11th Jan 2017 to 23rd Jan 2017 which amounts to 489.24.
Don't you think it is an act of mistrust and subsequently it accounts to Cheating under Section 420 of IPC by billing me inspite of not installing any connection?
I need an apology for the misdeeds & unethical work exhibited by your Sales, Customer Service & Installation Team's.
Incase i do not receive any confirmation then i might be required to approach the Consumer Forum for necessary legal options.

I requested a new Airtel broadband connection on last month 19-Apr-2017 and paid Rs. 3450+tax+service charges as 3 month advance amount. After a week their technical department said there is no feasibility to give new connection. So I gave a refund request through online but event after 40 days I didn't receive my amount from Airtel.

Connectivity complaint not resolved even after 7 days

I had raised a complaint with Customer care several times and escalated it but every-time get some excuse that the back-end team is working on the issue and it would be resolved in 24hrs. but the 24hr gets extended every day.
I need the connection for my business and am denied the service. While taking connection I was promised that any connectivity issues would be resolved in 24hrs after the complaint is raised but in my case all the limits are crossed.
At last, the issue was resolved on 7/FEB/17 and that too after personally approaching the airtel technician of my locality . This is way too bad experience with airtel. Now I am switching to other service provider.
I would like to get a refund for 8 days of non-availability of service.

I too faced similar problems with Airtel Broadband. So we wanted to change our internet service provider. Someone suggested to try Tikona because it was cheap and had good connectivity. We tried that and initially faced similar problem but once I filed a complaint they resolved it and since then I haven't had any complaints. They are doing good now. I suggest try changing from Airtel to Tikona..

Sir, I had broadband connection with Bharti airtel for the past two years and above and paying my bill amount through My SBI crdit card . An amount of Rs 1999.43 was excessively paid by me which was to be refunded. I lodged a request and they have registered my request under Ref No. IXC9092180 with txn ID [protected] .They have NOT refunded .

I have Airtel broadband connection. No connectivity for the last 3 days . Impossible to register complaint on telephone as very complicated process . Visited Airtel service stored at Gurukul ahmedabad but no improvement.
