It's really bad experience with BHIMA jwellery banglore they just refused to exchange my ornaments which is purchase after 6days...

I have purchased kollusu on 2019 from bhima and it's weighted as 24.470 gram, now i need to sale back that same kollusu now it's only 23.050 gram how 1.420 gram reduced within this 3 years?

I had ordered an earring for my daughter on Jan 6, 2022 and the expected delivery was on Jan 29.I waited for more than 1 month and I didn’t receive the product.

I cancelled the order and the money has not yet refunded even after 8 working days.I contacted the customer care several times and no proper response.

Kindly do the needful

I had such a bad experience.I have ordered an earring for my daughter and I didn’t receive the product even after 1 month.

Then I cancelled my order and its been more than 7 working days.The money is yet to be refunded.I tried contacting their customer service several times and no clarity in reply.

We were not informed about the closure date of the scheme. Now they are not accepting the gold rate in our scheme card.

This is a customer cheating complaint against bhima jewellery, kottayam,
We purchased 2.1 cat’s eye gemstone gold ring from bhima jewellery, kottayam on 26th november and they provided us fake gis certification for natural gemstone.
And they charged us rs.40000/- for this gemstone. But when we checked the genuity of this gemstone in third party gemstone certification center, there they certified that this gemstone is not natural and this is not cat’s eye.
Infact they also raised a concern regarding the color of the gemstone which is mentioned in the gis fake certificate and bills are yellowish green, but in physically the color of this gemstone is appeared as “white”.
We already raised a complaint to bhima management about this customer cheating, but there is no response from bhima management.
We as customers are expecting honesty, integrity and ethical standard from bhima jewellery.
These kinds of repetitive customer cheating complaints will lose bhima jewellery reputation and name in the market.
As you are charged huge amount for this gemstone hence it's your prime responsibility to ensure the quality of the product. Why you have delivered poor quality of gemstone to your customer?
Why you have charged huge amount for this low and poor quality product?
As a customer, i never ever expect such a cheating from bhima jewellery.

I purchased a Silver Leg chain(Kolusu) for my child from BHIMA JEWELLERS at Madurai, Tamilnadu) I put my daughter up two week form date of purchased(12/09/2015) Rs.4245/-, but immediately showing black full of chain with in two weeks.
After that I went to shop and contact Senior executives, They are convince and still quality is good, They not at all hear my words, Its very worst quality and worst behavior from executives. I never heard this kind of behavior from any body. Please see picture of the quality,
Please my Advice, do not purchase any kind of silver in Bhima at Madurai branch, I do not idea other Bhima branches.

Bhima not paying customers the exact value of 916 gold when they take back old gold from customers, they are reducing Rs.20/- per gram which is against government rules.
