Is not responding

They are not responding, it is urgent to change the size of my 2 salowar as I have the wrong size. But BIBA is not responding. I invested more or less Rs.5000 and also not getting the refund back...Please help me
3 times they asured me that they have placed the return request. But it is not true yet. Please suggest what should I do?

Bad behaviour of shop owner

I buyed a kurti from Biba, hsr layout 24th main. And in 1st wash, there was patched in the kurti. I went to the shop for telling all this but the owner of the shop refused to take it back saying customer can do anything to return the cloth.
