I ordered online by watching add on face book site redirected to fashion hub i ordered 3 shirt of denim
I got three complete different shirt with different size
They r not receiving my call there are no adress of sender company as well
The shirt they sent is not even of 100 rs each
Face book has also take a strict action against these kind of flase fake and fraud activity
Plz do return or exchange or refund all fake

I ordered shirts but the product sent was wrong and very cheap quality. I mailed and called but there is no response from company. I just want my money back. I am kathalappa. I made a purchase of combo of 3 shirts from bigfashionhub. I received completly wrong products from them. I had ordered for some thing and received another one. I didn't like those shirts which i had received.

Please consider my complaint iam really upset for this incident, actually i ordered one product but they deliver a wrong and quality less product please ask them to collect this product and give my money back as soon as possible, i really hope with this u can give me a proper solution and the name of the company is big fashion hub i get the order through facebook advertisement. I asked for return and refund through call customer care services so many time. They didn't answer to me at least didn't respond to me.

Try this — place a fake order and when the courier boy comes, catch hold of him & try getting the necessary info from him, since the courier boy or the courier company are not the culprit, we can't file any case against them. But the person doing this fraud should go behind the bars. Rather, we all should do the same. Placing an order takes seconds, but packing it & couriering it cost some money. Selecting cod while purchasing will not cost you anything but ll cost them to bear the courier charges. Even after doing this there is no guarantee that you will get your money but atleast will cost them something. Sooner or later as the no of fake order increases they ll have to close the website. By then they have also suffered the loss...

Ordered for 3cotton checks shirts of xxl size on instagram to big fashion hub, but some difference size and type very low quality shirts received, i have already pay the amount and nobody is responded now, kindly solve the issue.
Either replace me my order as given or refund the amount me earliest. I have all the relevant document and if the matter not resolve within 10 days legal action will be taken against the said customer as cyber crime support available to consumer.

They've delivered wrong package in june and when i've email them for a refund or correct package, they only reply me that the vendor is looking in this matter.

It's been almost 3 months and after tons of email they're only replying my with the same copy paste sentance that the vendor is looking.

Please take a strick action again this site, because i believe i'm not alone who trap in this fraud site.

Dear sir,
I am akhilendra singh from iit roorkee. I had purchased three shirts online from big fashion hub at 30-may-2019. Shirts which i had purchased and shirts which they delivered are different in all aspects. They cheated me and try to fool me from 30 may.
I have to send several emails. They mentally harassing me to ignore every time and told wait. I am waiting from previous one and half year but no result.
Please solve my problem

I was purchase 3 combo shorts, where i received completely different as cheap type with dirty pattern look on may 4th 2019 recieved, immediately i send mail to the with given order 3 combo shirts with photo and received 3 combo shirts photo to compare them.

Till now ididnt recieved any replacement and continous am sending the mails and their same reponse that they are looking into that.

This is 3rd month since then, kindly take an action and make sure to not happened to any one like this
