I had ordered headphones of JBL which was worth for 1599rs 1+1 free offer and got delivered where I received one single headphone which was in fully damaged condition they have done fraud with me, I want complete refund of my money back.

I Have made the payment of 214.82 on 8th of august, 2021 for the product but haven't received any confirmation for the product dispatch. I have also mailed multiple times to the company but they are not responding. I want them to refund the complete amount to the same payment method.

i have paid the amount of rs 1398/- against i phone 5s handset on 12th august 2014, till date i have not recieved the said product and another product of samsung galaxy s4 for the payment of rs4000/- on the same date ie 12/08/2014
when contacted on phone improper reply is given
kindly look into this matter and please try to sort out this issue at the earliest

An ad appeared asking to take part in google chrome browser competition and after answering three questions correctly (can not really go wrong), it took to a screen saying i am lucky winner and eligible for samsung s4. for Rs 799. But after payment the webpage acknowledgement says I may be a lucky winner (only) and made some credit points in bigshop.com.


This website is fraud or it is pseudo site. Why?

I was shown an ad where i was told that the I phone 5 is being given at Rs. 599, because completed a survey.

When i paid the money, then i was shown a msg, that Rs. 599 was participation money.

BigShop.com gave wrongful impression. even if this is a small amount, the money has been stolen.
