I had purchased bikaji suji rusk.it contain insecst in it.totsl horrible

My name is vinod jangid.i am gonig to kerala so i bought bikaji bhujia at kota railway station on date 30/09/20. but i opened this today. i saw many cockroach in this packing. so i want my refund fast.

Yesterday in evening at around 09:15pm, me and my friend went to the bikaji outlet of bhayander east.
We were looking after the products and was planning to buy lots of sweets and chocolates as it was my birthday.
I managed to finalise one product and was looking after the other products and then the store manager or owner, he started misbehaving by asking in arrogant way... “ kuch lena hai kya aapko”.. For which i replied “yes, we are finalising the requirements”... For which he rudely replied that “muje shop band karna hai, lena hai kya kuch”... For which i gently said “sir we are here to buy only and we are buying”... Again he replied rudely that our shops closed at 09:30 and then i asked him... “we are buying these products, you don’t want us to buy the products?”... For which he arrogantly said... “mat lo”... I said him, this is a bad behaviour you are continuously insulting and i am tolerating that.. If you continue this... I’ll complaint... Again he arrogantly replied... “jao karo complaint”...
I was very upset and sad to get such treatment.
We tried explaining him, but he just wanted to close the shop and he dint show single respect and was. L just replied arrogantly and was in hurry to leave.
In the era, where we say “customer is king of market”... Here we are getting such bad treatments and that also when we are actually buying products and not doing window shopping.

I request and demand for justice and i raise this message as a complaint against that person who was sitting at the cash counter as i feel such people are unnecessarily spilling the bikaji brand image.

Recently i purchased a box of bikaji rasgulla from d mart in valsad (Gujarat). I want to make a complaint that i bought a product i. E. Bikaji rasgulla and i unpacked the box for eating. I found a bad taste and very bad smell in it. I want my money back or another box of fresh rasgulla.
Please solve my complaint as soon as possible. Hope to hear positive reply from your side.

Recently i purchased a box of bikaji gulab jamun for rs 220 from a super market in bhayandar (Thane) the box mentioned 44 gulab jamun in it but it contained only 16 gulab jamun which is not even half of 44.
They are misleading consumer about the quantity of their product and charging them double money.
When i email them no response was given from their side.

I want to make a complaint that i bought a product i. E. Bikaji bhujia and i unziped the packet for eating i found a bad taste and bhujia was not cooked properly and this is not the first time i got this type of product so now i want my solution anyhow and if not. I can take other actions so that it will be resolved and will get my solution well.

In This Scenario of Cashless India, Bikaji (Malad West, Mumbai) Outlet Refuse to Accept Cards For Transaction Below 300rs. In This Financial Crunch, It is very difficult to find cash so we tried to pay by cards but they didn't accept. we want to contribute in the initiative taken by our PM Mr. Modi against this black money, but looks like some of them are not at all interested in this!
please resolve our problem ASAP.
