I am also face the same problem I am order 2 bottles payment dedicated in my account but cannot receive any confirmation mail... I think also it s big fraud... Losst my money...lots of people lost our money so please take action to band the website and company...biotrim lab is very decent fraud company... So please suggest to friends and family members dont buy any biotrim brand products......

I am from baroda, india ordered for testo ultra medicine for rs.1450/only on 5th jan.2019 but after completion of order i received message of debeting rs 10005/. Hi i ordered this and online showed about of around 2000approx when i placed the order a amount of 10024 rs were deducted on my debit card i had mail them few times but no response only says we will get back to you shortly or our representatives will get it touch with out i had also demanded on refund as you cheated me by the amount mention when i had place the order was different and when deducted was different i will go to consumer court...

Yesterdy i hv orderd testoultra worth rs. 8004 by using mail id [protected]@gmail.com, try to cancle it by wrriting them a mail, bt they resopnd sayng that it cant b cancled, they are sayng to wait for shipment conformation mail n i u return u hv to bare 15% taxes so u plz sugest me some idea to cancele n gt my refund back thank u, i hv also attachd screnshot of my amont deducted throgh hdfc bank...

On 17.02.2017 i purchased 06 bottle as per their advertisement but while debiting credit card they instantly debited rs.10, 005/=for 06 bottles (Including international charges of 15%). Not only this they also deducted rs.695/= for another product which was offered as free with my order of testo ultra. I instantly protested them through email and claimed refund of extra price of 05 bottles for which i did not order but they replied that processing...
