on first day of mobile i got the set was damaged it is in 6 months warranty.
We want to pay the products money or repair/exchange.
ive allready reported complaint to consumer court....

I bought a blackberry 9530 about 15 days back. It is unlocked by the company itself and imprted by Redington India. In the carton itself it is mentioned that the phone will work with several service providers, one of them is Tata Docomo. I have prepaid connection with Tata Dcocomo. None of the features worked. When I sent email/complaints to both Tata Docomo and Blackberry, blackberry said you ask the service provider. Service provider says...
