This is to highlight my experience with Blackberry, which has totally shaken my faith in a brand like Blackberry !!

I purchased a handset, Model no 9300 Curve from Noida Sector 18 on May 2012.

since day one, I am experiencing problems with the set and the same has been to your care center located at lajpat nagar & Noida for a number of times !! All I got was RM 01480136 number but the job was never done...

My mobile set was not working so i took it to Redington India, Bhubaneswar on 3rd August,12. They accepted it and informed that they have to send it to Bangalore and it will take 15 days.
On 27th a mail from Redington states that my set has got 'liquid damage' and does not meet warranty criteria.
Blackberry sets has got a litmus paper kind of material which is normally white, but changes color once it comes in contact...
