Dear Madam,
I had purchased a BlackBerry 8830 CDMA + GSM Mobile phone in the month of May through Naaptol.com. The order no. is 3870241. There is a complaint about the product:

On 4th march 11 I was supplied Blackberry Mobile Phone under combo offer for Rs.11,000/- Within a fortnight all the Icons disappeared and the phone could not be used. In this regard I had to call the different personals about 50 times and then in the month of August I was made available the Bill for the product.
