Dear SIr,
I purchased a blackberry 9520 after purchase in next 2 days I found that my mobile has a netweork problem and serious hanging problem for which i send my mobile to your redington service centre in kanpur, i was assured that it was minor fault and the software has been updated and you would not face this problme any longer after using it 2 hours i found the same problem again, to which i contacted your people...
