Blue Dart Express Courier Complaints & Reviews

My dd post which was sent by hdfc through blue dart ([protected]) which is having correct address on it but still blue dart team delivered in different address and handed over to different person and they didn't communicated any information to me regarding my post
Dd value is 3lkahs and if i won't submit this dd on time i will loss 53lkhs property...

My amb no [protected] addressed to sridhar pyda (Aps post and telegraph dept), 1 central base post office, rao tula ram marg, new delhi-110010., but instead of this address courier boy searching in delhi cantt. They have not make any call after reaching the delivery address to me because the area belongs to defence area and civilians are not allowed inside the gate so he should make a phone call then only they will relieve.

I have never seen such worst courier service in Bangalore jp nagar and shivajinagr branch
Worst of worst service...I have not got cal from branch person regarding my courier and without any confirmation that **** people has sent back my courier..1st teach them how communicate with customers...I have called them more then 100 times no one is responding and even costumer service numbers waste...

My order is reached their local officeon 22 Oct & i got msg that your product is out for delivery on 22 oct 2016. At evening i got msg from Blue dart " Your amazon order will be attempted by Blue Dart today." I didn't received any call from them & l was home all the day waiting for product. Today on 23rd Oct, i was waiting whole day for product but still didn't got it. Status is showing that it's out for delivery. Blue dart employee on this...
