Sarees and home appliances not delivered since one I paid money also....

It's a fake company .I have ordered non stick kitchen set ..Yet no message from company and nor my product got delivered.its being 1 month now..I request please don't trust such companies. Do check reviews on Google first.....

I booked at saree date 5-3-2021 but still pending devillered
payment is debit my account...

I saw this site in facebook I ordered one saree payment done but delivery details not coming...

Payment was done through card. But can't trace order details. Shipping details etc. I didn't get my product...

I ordered 2 saree on 5 feb 2021 but didn't receive and not see tracking of order..plz also show the customer care number of blueladdy site...

I purchased a Girls Gown from the website bluelady.in against order #15779 against COD of Rs. 750.00. As it is known that the Courier Guy hands over the parcel only after receiving the money, it was done so, and he went away immediately after delivering the parcel. When we opened the parcel, we found small cut pieces of clothes wrapped in a plastic.

I ordered a sarre on 21 December from bluelady.in website product code 208 but they delivered a wrong sarre which was not that which I have been ordered a black sarre but they delivered used dirty green sarre when I tried to contact them they Didn't Respond the call and after that I mailed them but they Didn't replied. I orderded two sarees totalling rs 1185 vide order no 4281 on 17 dec. I received the product by paying the amount to the delivery boy but when i opened it i found a garbage in it with somebody else's address pasted on one of them. I called the delivery boy but he told he cant do anything now. Instead of filling refund form 5 times i didnt got any reply from them. Nor the number provided in the site is reachable any more. I will be very grateful...

I just received a parcel containing garbage against ordered dress from bluelady.in it was cod and we paid 750 rupees and received a parcel. Cant believe that you get cheated like this.

The product that we ordered was a kurta but instead we received just garbage packed. We paid cash and collected and there is no contact with the seller.

I ordered a gown one month back from this website bluelady.in and i received a clothes cutting. I already filled the return and refund form and i got a text message that refund process initiates in 10 days but there was no response from them and contact number they provided is not working. I need my money back or else send my order properly.Kindly, resolve this issue as soon as possible....

I have ordered designer salwar suite 2 nos rs 1509 online on website www.bluelady.in on dated 21.12.2018.
But i recieved sari 2 nos instead of salvar suites.
So initiated refund by filling refund form online on website. They ensure refund process will be initiated in 10 working days. But today till date 5.1.2019 my refund not initiate nor any company person comes at my address to take saris.
It seems like fraud case.br...

But instead of dresses i received clothes cutting (Cloth katran).
It was a cash on delivery order, i received the parcel just paid the money
The courier guy took my signature & money & run away
I checked the parcel in just 2 min. & found it is a junk
I called courier company & ask them for this case but they are not taking any serious ness of...

4. Called +91 [protected] several times. Only ivr options, on selecting option the call automatically gets disconnected.
5. No response from the company to exchange/refund the money...

Ordered for gown vide order no. 22330 on[protected]. On receiving the parcel and opening the same found a totally different product (Cheap quality saree) very substandard, not worth the amount paid (Rs. 754=00). The image of the product ordered is attached.
