This Book My Bai team handled by Ms Pavitra located in Bangalore Wilson Garden is doing fraudulent business and scamming people telling that they can provide maid services and cook services

The team asked for money first and the maid didnt show up and now they are not even refunding the money

This is a scam company and it is only cheating people

Please do not deal with BOOK MY BAI - THEY ARE CHEATS...

As a consumer the kind of trauma and agony I was subjected to for 2 days between 18th-20th September is unpardonable. I had reached out to book my bai on Monday due to an extreme emergency at home and I was in urgent need for a maid at the earliest. I was happy with the very prompt response and them providing me a maid to interview within 30 minutes of me establishing communication with Pavithra.

When I interviewed maid Sathya...

In place o[censored]sual charge of 600per day I paid 1000per day for booking bai for 7days. Bai sent was rude, loud, did not know any work and was dirty. I had children from abroad and they could pick up infection. The maid behaved as if she was the malkin and I was the bai. Loud voice and being rude to everyone. When she went to market never gave correct money back.
Complained to bmb but they took no action. They said they spoke to her but with no change in her behaviour

I paid Rs 1000 to book my Bai to get maid service. But since I did not like the contract terms I decided not to go with them and did not take any service. But they are not refunding Rs1000 which was mentioned as refundable if I don’t opt for service.

I am Deepak Pathak. I had gone through the reviews on book my bai where mostly there where negative and extremely bad feed back but still ignoring all I paid Rs 1000/- as registration fee which was refundable if not taken and maid. Regret there is no response and the allocated coordinator “Vanitha” never took call or respond WhatsApp message only then I could realize that the negative reviews given are 100% corrected and I am also cheated as if they are not entertaining my calls and messages now then I can imaging the services after I pay one months commission one I take a maid from them therefore I have decided that I will not engage them for taking their bai services. Hope I get my 1000/- back.
