I have booked new tablet but they delivered old tablet not working....

I order wizpad m2+ (2nd gen) hd (8.5 inch) 4g tablet 4 gb ram, 64 gb (Irony grey) on dated 16.09.2020. I paid amount 3999/- prepaid through online portal payu by credit card xxxxx2412. But i receive wrong product on 19.09.2020.

Book my tab company not customer support. One contact no[protected] but not receive call. I try many times.

Company ne mere sath dhokha kya hai.

I order wizpad tab through book my tab website, order no. [protected] dated 16.09.2020. I paid amount rs. 3999. I paid book my tab online payment through payu portel on my axis bank credit card.

I receive sms only.

I call book my tab customer care no +[protected] but no response, i try many times. No order tracking system.

I read review against book my tab. This company fraud. Please strict...

Dear team
I had ordered the Wizpad Z1 pro 6GB --64 GB, 4G wifi enabled TAB through order number [protected] and paid 3999/- via PAY U money, Payment ID[protected] on[protected].

But they had delivered sub standard product with all together changed configuration.

Some 3G tablet white colored. Also they had not provided any bill or contact details of them.
