3rd class service I order a food on 5th NO at 10.30 at night as I was going to stay in office for longer time. I waited for 11.30 which is more than your promise delivery time. After that your delivery boy called and said that he goes back to the store just because he did not got the address. Is this a kind of service you offer ? Can't he call and ask for any landmark or something? Many people in my office and friend circle order food from you guys but now I'll take care that they should not get fooled from you again and should stop ordering from you as just because of your stupidity's I have to hungry today. As its too late and I can't order anything else also from other apps as ordering time was closed.
Really worst customer care service. It seems most of the online reviews of this company are fake and phony. Once your money is deducted for order, forget about your order. They deliver it only if they want, otherwise it would be a gone case. You can't even contact their arrogant customer care service. Even if you manage to contact them, they put your call on hold indefinitely till you disconnect it yourself.

    First of all they do not have qualified and educated people in Coustomer order services.They take longer than they commit to deliver.Unki har item ek toh Cabbage hai aur if you request them to don't put the Same they don't bother about customer choices .Agar replace karna ko keh do phone par bolte hai bas 25 min Mai deliver Ho jaega but woh kabhi nahi hoga. Worst Experience I ever had.

      38 mins or its free..!! Placed the order at 20:14 today and when i patiently wait till 21:30 which for sure is not 38 mins all i get to hear is we have systems down and we have not punched your order..is it a joke?? And to add to it they say we'll dispatch your order in next 15 mins..really?? You guys better shut down..!!

        I had ordered with BOX 8 on Sept 25, 2015 on the website .Total cost Rs. 454 and amount paid Rs.268.00 after discount. I got order confirmation. With ID ZPQCTC. After 10 minutes, I got a call saying that one item is not available. I modified the order and again I got a call that one of the items is not available and I cancelled the order and I was promised that the amount will be credited to my account in 4- 5 days.. During the last three weeks, I have called the local vendor and the customer care more than 8 times and I was promised every time that the amount will be credited in three -4 days and refund process has started onn Oct 7. Two names which I remember to have talked to in customer care is Ms Nargis and Imran. In effect, I have still not received my refund even after cancellation of the order after one month

        The customer care promised that the refund will be handed over at my residence yesterday. I have not got the refund till tonight. I am updating the status today so that the people are aware how BOX 8 functions.

          I ordered chicken tikka biryani and i font a piece of plastic, I call in customer care but they are not supporting they told me to send a mail, i sent a mail but got no reply, then I call at local branch which is in veera desai near azad nagar metro and branch's supervisor td me we will deliever new one in 15 mins and they deliever it after 90 mins, staff is also annoying plz don't order from box8 and if you want to try ate carefully their food contains plastic, nails and all.

            Don't get boxed in by hunger, get boxed in by metal nails!! I placed an order at Box8 on 3rd october. Although my experience has not been that good with Box8, as previously I ordered butter chicken and what I received was a totally leaked out meal. So I sent them back to get a new one which came very late. This was still acceptable! But today when I ordered a box8 meal, expecting it to be delicious(as the previous one was), had some bites of it and after that I could feel there is something other than rice and kebabs in my mouth, and to my horror, I found a metal nail!! I found it by biting down on it, fortunately not hard enough to injure my teeth at all. I spat it out instantly, assuming it was a bone from the chicken, then discovered what it really was. I saved it, in a plastic bag, and threw out the rest of the food. I left that meal instantly after I saw that nail and rushed to call the customer care executive who had to offer me a new meal, I mean seriously you think i will risk my life again!?!? All that guy kept saying was "Hume aapki asuvidha ke liye khed hai n hum ise higher level tak escalate karenge". When asked to take a strict action against this, they hung up and did not revert as of now. Is this the kind of service expected from Box8? Mr. XYZ(the concerned person), is this how you and your firm are supposed to deal with their customers and serve them metal nails in their meal!?! You guys are playing with the health of the customers by doing such nuisance. Gross negligence on the company's part! Everyone here if you order a meal from Box8 be ready to be served with the metal nails and other horrific stuff!

              I am regret to tell you that the experience which I have been thru today is the worst experience with box8. My open suggestion to BOX8 is to keep their commitments and stick to them (if do) otherwise don't play with people's sentiments. If you are sending messages to make an order till 01:00 AM then It's your integrity to follow the diligence. Your employees are behaving like lethargic goons who don't even think about the conditions of your stakeholders. I have been thankful to you for the quality of food that you make. BUT the service gesture which I received today is the disaster to the wholesome experience with Box8. I have made the payment through my Credit Card for a hassle free transition and awaiting for the special order for the special occasion. But Box8 neither contacted me nor intimated me that they ain't going to deliver the order tonight even after placing the order by 00:36 hours and even the Prabhadevi's employee Amit Kumar (he told his name) denied to deliver the food to me. He rather said that he would deliver the food the next day. What the hell is happening over here? I have no idea about that. Moreover, no one has picked up your landline order number[protected] I just received the delivery at 02:19AM, DOES IT INCLUDE 38 MINUTES COMMITMENT that you do with clients. Food is not heated either. The delivery boy said that I ALREADY HAVE MADE THE PAYMENT THROUGH CARD OTHERWISE HE WON'T CHARGE ME FOR THAT. He is reachable on [protected].                 This is the worst food outlet ever. Today on 6th September, i wanted to celebrate my mom's birthday. I have ordered food from Box8 at 8.53 PM. Its 11.07 PM now, still the food isn't here. These people are extremely careless. These people are smart enough to not to provide their local branch number. They provide same phone number for all branches, which a damn automated call. You need to wait for freakin 5 min to talk with their call centre people. It was me who wasted my almost 20Rs. on these calls and their reply was it will be at your home in 20 min. I gave a call on 10.03 and the guy told me that order will be there in 20 min, but it wasn't here for a long time. So i called again at 11.05 and the guy is again saying it will be there in 25 min almost at 11.30. They are worst people. I already had this experience with these people on the day of rakshabandhan. That day i had cancelled the order at 11 PM and ate from local chinese corner. So, don't ever think to order food from BOX8 ever. Still if you want to, then please order a day early or so!!!

                  The meal I ordered was Chicken Maharaja. I have had this before. As per the website menu it clearly says 4 types of chicken. Instead I got a meal with 2 types. On checking I came to know, my bill was 250 and meal i got was worth 198. Its not about money but cheating. Their executives were rude and used uncivilized language. They were teaching me what all comes in the meal. Using language used by slum dwellers. Its sad that such fast growing start up is stooping down to such low levels. See the photo. Maharaja meal comes with 3 types of kebabs and salami. Tell me where it is. And they might not care much either, since I am only 1 customer that they will loose. Close down if you cant serve. Dont loot peoples hard earned money.

                    I have placed an order to BOX 8 at 10:45pm on 30th August, 2015 ( Order no. was 255883) at Thakur village outlet. I have waited till 1:30 AM but not received my order. In between these hrs. i have called thrice & got the information, delivery boy is reaching in 10 mins but no body reached. First time in my life i have seen such kind of pathetic service. I was not having any other food option at 1:30am. How we can take action against them because i don't want to leave them easily. Please help me.

                      We had ordered in bulk on saturday 11th July and the amount was 1172/- the delivery Boy (Shehzad shaikh) have not provided the bill copy, same day we had called up for the bill and female said over the phone that they would be sending it immediatly but no one responded after that, we are doing continuously follow up for a bill and finally today they said that the outlet is closed and i have to wait for 3-4 days for a bill copy and when i objected they said its your responsibility to ask for bill, are you guys mean to say that its consumer responsibility to ask for bill and you wont provide unless consumer ask?? how can you people dont provide the bill and when a consumer ask you all blame consumer that its a consumers mistake. woww pathetic service ever.                         I ordered from Box8 on a Tuesday. They have an offer of Buy one Get one free if we order from Food Panda. They did not give me anything free. When I called their customer care helpline they arrogantly rejected my claim to get my free items. This happened for 2 of my orders.

                          Its a disgrace that they make fake promises to deliver your order under 38 minutes or its free. Don;t believe them. They end up making excuses that they had some problem or other and its not the first time I'm experiencing this. It took them more than an hour to have our order delivered.
                          You all fake person give me my payment about (IPL) whatever I did the work and my friends payment also i[censored] want contact us call this number [protected]

                            It was around 2pm today (07/05/2014) I along with one of my friend happened to visit the newly opened place called “BOX8” as we were running out of time we planned to have a quick meal and proceed for our work. We reached a petrol pump on Andheri Kurla road where we parked our car and climbed upstairs to reach the new outlet of “BOX8”. My friend preferred to eat vegetarian and I preferred to eat non-veg. We ordered for rice base along with butter chicken box with combo of garlic bread with cheese + lemonade and my friend ordered for paratha base with tikki masala box with combo of garlic bread with cheese + lemonade. We were asked to be seated as it would take 10 min to prepare the meal. While waiting for the meal we pointed out the manager of the kitchen setup and suggested hygiene. I personally told the manager that this kitchen is not clean (photos attached). As we were hungry we did not take this much seriously, anyways we waited and the food was served to us within 10 minutes, my first sight on my food caught a hair on the food to which I raised it to the manager immediately, he promptly apologised and requested to replace the box, I agreed to it and he immediately threw the hair in the dustbin and replaced it with a new box food. Mean while my friend started to eat his meal alas in the mid layer he found a plastic piece in his box. This was very frustrating as we never expected this to happen to us, we can expect glitch in one order but not in entire order. My friend immediately stopped eating and gave up as he felt disgusted to eat from such an outlet who serves plastic and hair in the food box. My friend stood up and started complaining, whilst doing that he spotted a cockroach creeping in the kitchen and immediately pointed out to the manager. I found it to be disgusting and asked the person available if he is aware of the food and the industry, he very reluctantly replied “no” that was terrible when asked the manager said that he is just a commerce degree holder. I was surprised as how can a person like him be an outlet manager. My friend is from F&B industry he asked the manager as why is the chef and the manager sitting in the kitchen not wearing a shower cap? Why is the chef not using gloves while preparing the food? How can a single chef prepare vegetarian and non-veg food. The manager did not had any answer to this and was ashamed of this. And yes the best one was the person preparing the food with one had was clearing the garbage with the other hand. We never predicted that such a brand can give such a low quality of service. It was really pathetic, now I am afraid of my health after eating this food.

                              The BOX8 are charging Rs. 45 for Sprite 600ml Pearl Pet bottle. This is well above the MRP and the bottle does not have an indication of Special Packaging on it. This contradicts with the Consumer Goods Act. Also, the bottle does not contain an indication of Date of Packaging, which can be considered as indication o[censored]nfit for use.
