I had paid beforehand since cod was not an option (₹2499/-) and i got old used shoes instead of the ones i had bought. no compensation received yet

I had ordered Michael Kors Tote paid 3500.00 and got a Baby jute bag not costing more than 100/- I see so many customers complaining about the fraud but yet to see any action from the Forum. Their AD which appears again and again should immediately be banned by Govt. The people behind should be arrested and the amounts collected by them be refunded.

Many customers have been cheated, I would request all to join together and approach an authority which can arrest these people and can thus help others who could come in their trap.

Sent a cheap unknown brabd after taking Rs4900 from me and now are non responsive to emails asking for refund.This is a big fraud company

I have ordered Dior perfume set for 1500/- and received cheap local unknown perfume product worth 155/-. Fraudulent website.

They cheated me - they said they will send a LV handbag and they sent some cheap rexin item which is hideous. They stole rs 5000 from me. this is a criminal case as they have hurt and robbed other people as well

I ordered some clothes from brandmaart.com worth rs 7700 and he send me some cheap products t shirt worth 100 rs i had make the payment by upi i have all the details of this fraud person name aditya markande he has done fraud with many people please help us to get our money back

I had ordered an Armani exchange t-shirt but in return I received a weird t-shirt and a vest. these guys portrayed everything in a manner that I thought it to be legit, but these guys sucks, they are fraud. my order id is BM1766050. and now I just want my money back....

This site is a total scam and has to be banned as soon as possible because they are playing with the feelings of the innocent customers

BrandMaart looks like a huge scam, they are luring potential customers with luxury brands at affordable prices and sending them unbranded cheap stuff with no relevance-size/Color/design.
Tried to connect them over WhatsApp, which is a bit, tried to put a return request, which is pending for approval for the last 20 days.
They are minting money by spoofing people.

They sent the wrong and a completely different shirt from what i ordered. Absolute fraud. This company needs to be shut down and the owner has to be put behind bars because this is unacceptable, please do not ever buy from this company.

I’m complaining about my order which I purchased on 11th Of August 2022 It was a Hoodie.
Rs-2699 from the website namer brandMaart now the website is gone unable to check any thing. Tried reaching out to them still no response from them.

I make a payment of Rs.5949 for two shoe pairs i.e Balmain Unicorn and Balenciaga Xpander having a order number BM1765730. On 24th Aug I received a parcel i which 4 pair of shoes are there but these are kids shoes near around 400 to 600 totally value of all 4 pairs. I tried to reach them but they are not responding even not approving the return but generated the return request having number B261DA1346230.
I have a request please first block their all domains because after doing this type of fraud they change their website domain after few days sometime they use .com, .co., .in so block all theirs domains so they can't fraud someone else.
And the important things is if we can't make payment they called you convinced you that they are reliable don't worry you are in a safe hand and gives 100% assurance of refund same thing they done with me a person called me and tell his name Rahul on behalf of brandmaart and even give a option of part payment and said rest on delivery so I made a payment and they worked professional i mean to say they are hardcore fraud they are criminals so they dispatched the product and generates proper shipment number with proper tracking id so a person can believe that they are genuine but when you open a parcel at the same time you feel cheated.
They are frauds but their USB is they work under rules they dispatching products just because if some day if cyber crime will arrest them so they proved it that they dispatched the product to the customer and provides proper paper work and finally gives statement due to customer fault return was not accepted.
Tomorrow I am going to lodge a FIR in cyber cell and this time they deal with a legal professional now they can understand what mess they created.
I will track their IP addresses, their phone locations each and everyone and put them behind the bars.
I requesting you all the people who are cheated by them please file a FIR in cyber cell regarding your fraud and report their all websites, SMO like insta, facebook etc.
I am also sharing their phone number even his owner number for reference i[censored] going to lodge a FIR number are +[protected] his name is Rahul), +[protected], +[protected] and a VOIP number +[protected].
And also note that Softpulse Infotech handle this brandmaart promotion and account.

I received a wrong product and i sent emails calls and whatsapp messages. No response. They took all the money also and no refund. This is an attempt to cheat customers.

I received a wrong product. So I applied for refund but email is continuously being ignored. My calls have been ignored. The whatsapp message has been ignored. I need my refund at this very moment. This is a shallow attempt to cheat customers.

We ordered a pair of vans shoes ..payment already done through online mode and have received a wrong product .. we are falling prey to these fake people .highly disappointed ..had paid ₹2900 ..no one is responding from their team . Kindly donot purchase from their site .

I had paid in advance for a handbag which was expected to be delivered on 20th august.
Delivery was cancelled on its own and since then no status update has been provided.

Hi .i ordered shoes worth rs 10000. 100%§ online payemt done . They don't have cash in payment ..They promised 4-6 days delivery time .it's been almost 20 days and I haven't received my products yet. Their watspp number is an automated answering matching and there is no human response . They have not replied to any of my emails . Impossible for me to connect with them through any means and mode . Its a scam and company is fraud . Dont get lure by their fancy brand and fancy pricing .

I ordered a handbag from brandmaart.com. I received completely different product from what I ordered. I tried to complain on the website but received no response from them. The order was prepaid and I already paid ₹3000 for this.

My order id is BM1765232. i ordered a palm angels t shirt black colour xs size and i got some other shirt. im highly disappointed by their service first it was so difficult to communicate with them, my order took more than a week and its not even correct. its unworn and in very good condition i have the proof of purchase as well. i want refund immediately. im dropping the picture of thr parcel i received and what i ordered. They’re not replying to me when i asked them to return it.

Hi Team, Ordered a Shoe worth Rs. 3999/- and Sweatshirt worth Rs. 2199/- from Brandmaart. What we received from them was a local shoes worth MRP -221/- and a local jacket instead of the Sweatshirt. The order value was INR 6398/- but what we received was a product worth Rs. 500/-
Multiple follow up and return request was raised with no response. I have attached the screenshot of all.
Requesting your help on this.
