I have booked 3 items from the site but i have recieved all fake and cheap products. Tried return and exchange options also but no avail.

Not at all as advertised. Fake products. Refund not being provided despite repeated attempts.

I ordered Nike jordans Red carmine sneakers and received a local damn shoe I want an Exchange for the correct order right within a day I paid rs3999 with an extra delivery charge of rs 200

I received a parcel today from Brandmaart. What I received seems some kind of funny joke that I can’t laugh at.

I tried to contact customer care on website but very smartly they have one email address & one whatsapp no that can only be messaged. You message and an auto reply. So basically no communication?

My concern-
1. I want my money back- take this rubbish order back and refund my money

I ordered Off-White Caravaggio-print Cotton Hoodie - XL but the one you delivered is Sweatshirt black and white colour im not happy .i don’t know you made a mistake or you cheated on me

Scammed by an e-commerce website named “Brandmaart.com”.
While going thru the website I liked one Gucci tote bag for which the price was Rs 3499 and Rs 200 was the shipping charges as there was no option for COD so I paid it online thru UPI Rs 3699/- to VPA [protected]@mairtel (UPI Ref No[protected] dated 30th July 2022.(SS attached)

On 5th August 2022 an email received that Your brand mart order no : BM1763547 is out for delivery. I received the parcel but when I opened the parcel I found that it was not the one I ordered it and immediately opted for return and written an email that I have received a wrong parcel but till date no revert back form the vendor.

Since there was no response from them I googled reviews on “brandmaart" and founded that so many people were being scammed by them.

I have created a refund return request on their site- ID # od84f11310918. It says’ pending approval’. Whats there to approve?

My concern-
1. I want my money back- take this rubbish order back and refund my money

They haven’t refunded my 10, 000/-!!!

They use SHIPROCKET fullfilment as a loophole. you order they will send you a road side T shirt and in the cover they will still call the product name like Balmain or Prada. but inside it will be one 20 rupees cloth. so what happens is if you claim charge back from your payment they will prove that they have sent the product and it will be under dispute. both SHIPROCKET and Razor pay should also be penalised because they are helping them to this fraud. it is a white colour crime and third rated fraud. i lost 11000 in the website. i will not leave them

On Instagram company called brandmaart I have order adidas yeezy shoes but I have received some Nelson brand local shoes
While ordering they contacted me on whtz app and took partial payment of 1000rs and balance 2499 I paid on delivery ...order delivered by shiprocket but when I opened it was not what I ordered so regarding that I complain on there site and requested for return but there was no reply and on email invoice it shows 1000rs discount which they took earlier from me while booking the shoes via gpay
It's been 15days now and I have mail them few times but no reply
Want to take legal action for been cheated online fraud
This kind of companies should be barred from india or put them behind bars for such a crime
Kindly some one help in this matter and stop this kind of crime in india

The Brandmaart company, I had ordered a sneaker week ago, and I received it late after two days and plus I received a wrong product which comes out to be a cheap blue loafers with a cheap packaging which is not acceptable to me, please I need a refund of the product.

I have ordered Jordan Air Jordan Shoes for Rs 3999 but delivered one local canvas shoes which is of very cheep quality which is not even worth 100 Rs

I have ordered 2 pcs of watch they have delivered best quality products
But it was delayed by curier .

I brought 5 pairs of shoes all are amazing but curier delayed it by 1 day .

I have bought Hoodie, But My order is still not processed, it's been 10 days, No reply from support, I don't know how they have WhatsApp Business, Account, How do they Shopify Account, Best Part is how do they have Payment gateway? The aggregators are not verifying the merchants, For Example PayU money should settle the payment until the product is delivered and consumer is happy!
These platforms should verify like how amazon verifies their merchants.

The product I got looks nothing like the photos and descriptions. It’s a cheap 100 rupee sling bag. Paid 3 k for a tote bag. These people are copying photos and descriptions from other websites like far fetched and darveys. They’re scamming you for money and once you pay them, you won’t be able to get your money back. I still haven’t gotten a response from them on emails, calls, put a return request on their website and also tried contacting them on Instagram. No response. Waste of money. Stay away from them

I ordered branded crocs size 12 UK they sent me cheap children's slippers of very low quality without receipts without branded packaging. My messages are not answered. this is a clear scam

They are scamsters. I ordered 5 products and Fake products delivered when I tried to return the products they are not answering to my mails and calls

Ordered shoes online but received wrong product. Ordered Air Jordan 1 Smoke Grey High-12 on 10 July 2022 order ID BM1761804 of Rs 4000/ out of which 1200/ was paid online thru paytm and rest was paid on 15th July 2022 by cash when i received the product which was not what i had ordered. What i received was KON sports shoes size 6 with MRP 499/- Rs. I was cheated by this company had contacted them many times thru their whatsapp number [protected] but was not given any response . So please look into this matter and take proper action against this company

I have ordered 5 paid of shoes from brandmaart.com they took 30% advance and rest they agreed on cod. After paying cod, I checked they they delivered 100-150 inr worth shoes against 15000 which I paid. Now they are not responding over email, phone or WhatsApp. I believe it is a total scam website. Order is shipped somewhere from Raipur. I have the details of the scammer, their IP address and other details also. Now going with legal formalities.

I ordered a shoe worth rs 3000 but instead got shoe that looked very cheap, like nly 500 rs and a black vest. WHAT nothing even close to the order. Ill go to the courts and file a case for consumer rights as its been 2 days no approval of return

Ordered 2 pair of sneakers from Brandmaart.com.

I was hesitant in making full payment online as the reviews read on internet were very negative, so I decided to opt for COD option

A brandmaart representative instantly whatsapped me and suggested I pay 30% advance and balance 70% on delivery.

After much thought, I decided to take that chance as I was really interested in checking what they send and the quality of the sneaker as on the site they looked as good as original.

Its been over 45 days and I still haven't received my order.
Brandmaart representatives don't respond to my msgs or calls anymore.

Its assumed I will never get my refund nor product.

I although paid a small price for my lesson, you guys please beware and never order through them.

Ordered 1 branded Rolex watch from the Brand Maart website (4000). After waiting for 4 days I received the order and it was no where even close to what was shown on the website during purchase. I received 1 cheap quality watch, not worth more than 300/-. I have been trying to get in touch with the customer care of Brand Maart for a refund but there has been no response from their end

I ordered vans for Rs 3500 after off on brandmaart and recieved a shoes worth 399 they show the product different on website it's a scam they never responded after we try to get back to them

Have made a payment of rs 3499 on july 9 for a pair of shoes from brand maart
website. the delivery date was showing 16 July on that day.i waited till 16 july, product was not delivered on that day. The delivery date shifted to 21 july and
this was wierd because a product delivery can get delayed for one or two days,
but here it was 5 days ahead of expected delivery date. And today on 20 july i
tried to reach brand maart to confirm about delivery but they didnt respond. i
tried via whats app call, msg, normal call, mail but they didnt respond, they were
making fool o[censored]s. Kindly look into the matter and help me to get refund.
