Hi guys these ppl are worst in electronics section and thy don't know how to ask their vendors whn i called them thy conferenced call with guy who came for electrical work and he says it's not his mistake as it has warranty of winding ask company to do it free of cost and more over for bro4u information no company can accept the claim of warranty i[censored]r person has damaged it without knowing how to handel it it's 20k worth motor and now my entire process of work stopped bcz o[censored]r electrical service i need resolution or replace new motor with the same for ur negligent behavior and it's really bad service provider and un knlowedge person's are sent to customers to damage the product it's really shame on company managing person u should have taken the person for ur home electrical work

The company is in a business of service provider aggregation. However they have very little control over their vendors. I gave my mobile phone for service on 3rd Jan 2018 and the same was delivered on 7th Jan with a bill of Rs.3000. The vendor of bro4u was one CartDial.
The phone was not working properly after receiving it so I called the company again to recollect the phone for service. However no one came to collect the phone till 23rd Jan.
Their Vendor CartDial is another extremely unprofessional company. It is 20th February now and so far I have not received my cell phone. Every call to either bro4u or cartdial ends up with some or the other excuse.
Consumer forum case seems to be the only way to get my phone back.

I am extremely disappointed with the work done, i had booked an electrician service from bro4u this evening, the task was just a regulator change for a fan... When i called bro4u asking for the quote they told minimum will be 100... N the rest quote the electrician will inform when he calls, when the electrician called me i asked him how much will this cost he told he will have to come n check... I dbt no understand then why you guys have thr option of asking fit quote when they will come n see n thr give quote... When the person visited he told me there is no problem with wiring only regulator needs to be changed... I paid rs 280 for a local brand regulator judt to change the regulator he charged rs 350... Do u think this is feasible???
When thr customers call why dnt you tell that the minimum charges are 350...100 rs visiting charges n 250 rs minimum charges for the electrician... I dbt no why you charge 100 rs visiting changes extra when 250 rs he if already charging for doing thr work...
I have received a message from bro4u to use a coupon code ls100 to get rs 100 in my bro4u wallet if i download the app which i did however i didn't get any money in my wallet... I have been trying to call bro4u customer care since 8:00 pm to clear this however it keeps telling everyone is busy n i will receive a callback which has not yet happened...
I have not yet made the payment m until bro4u clears this doubt about the coupon i will not clear the payment...
I m very disappointed with the services from bro4u, your charges are more than any other service providers in the market, i should have gone ahead with housejoy the only, they were charging me 200 rs less than wat you guys have charged... This is the last time i m using your services... I feel charging thid way you guys are just over charging customers likr anything...

The above-mentioned company is charging too much-visiting charge on appliance repair visiting charge. I booked tv repair service on 30th december 2017 technician came to perform repair work but he did not know anything, when i asked him not to continue the work he asked for over price of 200 as visiting charge.

This is the second time they are charging unnecessary fee.

Worst service ever. I had given my laptop for service repair. The person who came to pickup had briefed me with a rough estimate of rs.700 for a fan replacement. After repairing he gave me a bill which had no gst & vat mentioned except for tax column. He charged 2900 for fan replacement and 650 as service charge and also included 18% extra as tax on the total bill. When asked for the original bill they sent a mail which stated less the amount on the manual bill they gave me, which made me wonder something was fishy as their gst no. Was not mentioned in the manual bill as well as the mail they sent me. I asked the original service centre regarding the price of replacement including all charges and they quoted within 2000. This means that you are cheating us. Both by taking higher the amount of the replaced product which we dont know is original or not and moreover your charges are also fake because no proper bill and clarity is available on it. I request everyone to kindly be alert while giving to such type of services where clarity of service and product are not available. Please check for bill and product they replace and ask back for your original defect item as this all belongs to you and not them, including the new product they install.

The dryer of washing machine was not moving. Your rep had replaced motor of my samsung washing machine and claimed 3000/- he replaced motor but he cannot able to solve the problem. So with the help of housejoy executive he solve the problem. Dryer was working. I paid rs 3000/- to mr aashif of zuk enterprises. But after 2 hrs, again dryer is not working... Since i am giving regular complaint to customer care, till date my machine is not functioning..
You are requested to take an early action to repair dryer of washing machine.

Opted a tv repair for my led 40"tv through bro4u. The vendor who has taken the job through bro4u created me big time and had a minor problem in my tv for which he completely damaged the tv and now its not at all working and in dead condition. The mechanic was ur professional and was abousing my family members in my absence while visited my house for tv repair. I showed my tv today to another mechanic and he said the earlier guy has damaged and destroyed the tv best possible. And now nothing can be done. The philips tv is just 1.5yr old and was cost me 40000/-. Now just because i opted a service through bro4u my loss is 40k and its my hard earn money. Need your help in getting the compensation for my tv

I have taken Carpentry service from bro4u.com - Faizan Interiors, Order number -181917, Dated -18th July. The services provider - Rizwan associate of Bro4u is pathetic and unprofessional. He has tortured me and my family by delaying work for 4 weeks. He has not completed the work and insisting us for full payment. I have requested even the CEO & MD - Pramod Hegde of bro4ju to help me for completing the work, but the vendor has not completed the work even with his intervention. Now the vendor is threatening and mentally torturing us. Request to consumer forum to help us.

I Booked a service for re-issuing my friend's PAN card from Harini Associat.(service provider for Bro4u) Order No.: 44831 dated 4th May.
One guy with contact no. [protected] came and took 500 Rupees and din't even gave receipt, since my doc was not completed he said he would come after few days. After that whenever am trying to reach his mobile it is switch off.

I dropped multiple mails but din't got any response from there side. Its more than 3 months but din't hear from them.
