The vendor came to house and took my washing machine for repair but till have not returned it nor the team has taken any action.

I have given my unicorn 150 bike for service and service done by royal indian bike point, they have charged rs4879, but not done anything. Again i am facing same problem, complaint him and got response he is on other work and manager will call me back. Moreover the bill amount is 4879 and the amount that shown in app after payment is 4249... Can anyone suggest me how to get refund from them.

I had the most frustrating experience with Bro4u's AC servicing on May 24, 2020, Booking ID - 708320. The service provider "Chil9 Air Con" said the AC's gas needs to be refilled and after filling it, charged double of what is mentioned in the price sheet for gas filling. It is not mentioned anywhere in the app that double amount will be charged nor was it informed to me by the service provided prior to the service, but they forced us to pay double charge. They said it'll take a couple of hours for cooling to start and left. Even after half a day had passed there was no cooling and when I called "Chil9 Air Con" they were unhelpful, they just said it'll take more time to cool and then stopped answering my calls. I tried to contact Bro4u customer support but they are completely useless, they do not respond at all. I finally had to call the AC company Voltas, who said that the coil had been damaged and would need to be replaced. This was the main cause for the AC not working properly, which "Chil9 Air Con" was unable to identify, although we specifically asked them to check if there was an issue with the AC before they filled the gas. The gas that they filled was completely useless since all of it leaked out again due to the damaged coil. Since the entire gas leaked out, the company agents had to fill the gas again after replacing the coil, for which we had to pay them again. So the entire servicing provided by "Chil9 Air Con" was completely useless and I never got a refund or an apology!!! I need a complete refund of the amount that I was charged for this servicing.

I have given service for my royal enfield and spent 7500 rs for servicing. It’s day one today i drove my vehicle and the very bad sound coming from back and huge sound from breaks. Feels like i got cheated and they didn’t even touch my bike for servicing.
I called many times bro4u but no response..

All, i want to share my worst servicing experience with brou. There was guys from suk servicing center who came. The next day when i tried to call, he was not picking up the calls. I was almost on the say to police station. After that i paid thousands of rupees for servicing, but it was the worst one. After that when i called neither the servicing center nor the bro4u picked up the calls or respond to my concerns. Don't go to them. Never!!

My cpu was taken for repair on 21/7/2019 my booking id is (578199). By msn computer through bro4u website. A guy named syed nizam ([protected]) has taken my cpu. They said that it will be delivered within 7working days. And the days passed i was calling this guy he said that it will be delivered now and then. After days passed he stopped responding to my phone call, i was what's apping him even though he was not respond ing. And now he is not responding to my calls. I don't know whom to complain regarding these. Please response asap. Nor else i would take forward to lodge complaint on these to government officials. Ma contact number [protected]

I have given my bike for servicing and the experience was great.
I opted to pay via phonepay but due to technical error it was deducted from my account but the person didn't got the money as it was said that it will take 2 days for transaction.

The person told me to pay in cash and ensured me that he will return the money in 2 days.
He picked up my call once today but not he is not answering.

My laptop was not working due to hard disk issue. I had raised the request to bro4u. They came and took my laptop & replaced with new hard disk.

Post repair issue i m faced:

Post 1 days, again completely my hard disk having same problem. I called multiple time, they did not give proper response and i spent 4200, but i m very frustrated about their work

I have opted for a carpenter service through bro4u, they assigned the task to king furniture works.
We are having woodbore issue in our almirah so the vendor told they will apply the medicine and then paint. But only after 2 days the dust again started to come out and also i obsereved that major parts of the almirah was not even painted and those parts are completely dusty. At the time of work, vendor told me if any issue we can contact them within 7days.
The work was not done properly and they took 6000 inr. After 2 days when i called them up, initially they said they will check with the vendor and vendor will contact me. But, after 10 mins i could see my order has been cancelled and when i am trying to call them up again no one is responding, i even called them more than 10 times, but still no response.
Since i was not getting any response so booked through their site again and this time they just cancelled it within a min without even contacting me. I have attached the screenshot for reference with the booking ids. Please take appropriate actions since they have been cheating the customers for long time now.

I have been cheated by bro4u under the sercive station called ravi motors hadapsar. They charged me huge amount for simple servicing also they have done nothing and took money for that. I really want to take some action against this fraud company.. I called bro4u for sevwral times but thay did not answered my calls. Owner of ravi motors [protected] came for delivering my bike and he was completely drunked. I returned my bike to him and asked to get this repaired again. Today he called me with extra 2000 as he did some washing also. I request to check the company's terms and conditions thoroughly they are simply making fool by charging double.

I booked computer repair service from bro4u Bangalore electronic city on 19 Sep 2019. Technician came and they took my computer cpu at their shop and next day evening the came and fix the computer quickly took money and immediately went from my house after 5 minutes my system auto off and not starting properly making weird sound also. I tried reaching bro4u customer care number but it's always switch off. I tried to connect with technician but they are also not responding and not coming to resolve the issue yet. They took simply RS 1600 and now they start acting.

I ordered online bike repair service from bro4u and the vendor time saver came and offered repairing. They took my bike on 2nd sept charged rs.3483 and did nothing. Another day my bike stopped and nebver worked. Again i had to take it to another showroom and got it repaired which cost rs.4000. Who is responsible for this. Bro4u should be banned and they should refund immediately for the pathetic level of service. Bro4u shahsi never picksup my calls, nor time saver never picks up. I am planning to file police complaint. Please reach out to me at [protected] who all are the victim of bro4u and time saver, we all will make their police complaint and seek our refund.

I hired a professional to service my ao smith geyser as geyser was not heating the water. Bro4u appointed rakesh enterprises who sent a person named rakesh ([protected]) to fix the issue. He said, the heating element is not working and it will cost rupees 1500 including rupees 200 for service and this repair will have a warranty of 6 months. If anything will go the wrong bro4u will fix it within 6 months. I agreed and ask him to repair the geyser.

He took the geyser with him and changed the heating coil and brought the geyser back on the same day and installed that. But soon he (Professional) left after installation geyser started leaking heavily and started giving electric shocks when anyone is touching bathroom taps. I called the professional he told he will come back and fix the issue, but he did not show up and started ignoring my calls. I raised multiple complaints from bro4u app but did not get any response back and all the tickets were closed without any resolution.

As a resolution i want brou4 to refund my money or repair the geyser.

As My Mobile display of VIVO V5 Mobile Display was changed by the vendor Mobile world on 20-may-2019 and now from last one week the display is not working properly like to make a call also it is difficult the same thing i have informed to Your customer-care on [protected] before one week they had contacted the vendor and took me on conference call and the vendor told me that he will come on 17-june-2019 and check and solve the issue but from that day iam trying to call the vendor and your customer support they are not picking the call. so Kindly help me on this above issue and asap

I requested ac service for water leak in hyderabad from bro4u thinking that it is a genuine online service kind of thing. Three people visited home from chil9 ac service which was assigned by bro4u.
They told that there is no gas so water is leaking. They charged 3000 and filled the gas.
But the water leak didn’t stop it is still leaking.
I called the technician multiple times there is no response. I have put multiple mails to this fraudulent bro4u company and there is no response. It is a fraudulent company simply cheating the customers. They don’t even have a proper service contact no to contact. It never connects.

I am from Bangalore, This is absolutely a fraudster service; The vendor bro4u arranged, being AtoZ solutions, Jayanagar duped me of Rs.8000. Service was incomplete, got advance for the gas filling which also has not been done by their staffs Ahmed and Muhammad.

The bitter disappointment is the customer care executives of bro4u, who take no accountability and have really substandard communication in taking the issue forward. Unable to reach both the vendor and the customer care support person of bro4u.

I opted for bro4u for my AC issue their representative came and said the issue is due to less gas he charged it up with extra gas again after 2 days the same issue occurred then he told that it is due to the capacitor you will be charged 1250 for it whereas in there mobile app it is mentioned that is will cost for 250/-, After complaining them they will not even listen to you and will say that this is a different issue and both vendor and customer representative will force you to the ways that make them profit.

I have booked electrician to repair my geyser. They sent electrician on 16 dec 2018 from kam ran enterprises. They done the service and asked to pay 2150 inr and they gave warranty slip with contact details to call if any problem occurs.

After 2 months geyser stopped working so i called to the number [protected] given on slip. Mr wajid/sajid has come to check and took 1800 inr again to put geyser coil. He told he will come next day to finish pending work.

But when i called to number [protected] but some other person lifted phone and said the person who came to repair is not employee of kam ran enterprises.

How one can give phone to other person and allow to service customers. Its very dangerous.
So i registered complaint with bro4u but till now no body has turned up.

Looking forward to please look into the matter and resolve.

I have an issue in water filter from more than two weeks. I was keep on calling mr. Syed who had installed fresh filter on october 30th, but he is not picking up. I had checked with other service engineer through bro4u and he informed that there is problem with filter installed. While installing they have been informed that they are giving one year warranty for filters and they will get it fixed for free of cost. Since it is running on warranty, i need your help to catch mr. Syed and get it fixed asap.
Kindly do the needful on high priority. Expecting quick action on the same.

I had requested for bike service which was not fixed. They have charged 1300 rs from me and didn't fix the bike. It's not working now and these people are not taking any step to get the issue resolved.

I talked to the professional, he told there is no warranty whereas at the time of service they had taken a warranty of atleast 3 months.
Now the bike is not working and the people are not available to fix.

I have been charged extra for a mobile service provided by bro4u
I had reported that there was some issue with the rear camera and the the service advisor informed that the same will be tried to repair and i[censored]nable to repair the new camera charges will cost 1500.

After the phone was delivered the, they had only repaired the camera (Connectors). But still charged me the complete 1500 even though the replacement was not done.

Please look into this issue as soon as possible and being a first time customer, i had a terrible service with bro4u and i felt i was cheated here.
Kindly have some transparency in the pricing details.

Found nil response from him after escalating to your customer care and several warning on police complaint he returned the same on monday, without repairs.

Big fraud 4 you - this the full meaning of this company they charged 6600 and after 10 day my bike not even starting and when i reached out to service provider they are like no we are not working with bro4u.
And for chasing them i spend my 40 days and now they are saying we can't help you.

Please don't trust this side i am going to raise customer complain in consumer forum.

I believed that this app is nice and call... But once i registered the complaint there was a quick response by calling and enquiring about... But later they said they will be coming in 1 hour after one hour we called they were like still 45 minutes and we still waited but later they dropped a message saying sorry madam we can't come... Later we called they said vehicle has been repaired so could not come... Worst app not useful during emergencies...
