Booked my order 18th july 2020 and paid rs. 499/-on same day but till today i didn't receive my product nor any update on the same website

My order number is 67378 which i placed on 4-aug-2020 has not been received till now and they have taken online payment from me.

Sir/madam,

I have ordered an item (Shoes of offer price of rs. 499/-) vide order #31770 on 20.07.2020, subsequently a text message has been received on 26.07.2020 stating that "hello shashi, status of your order #31770 with brothersfootprint has been changed to dispatched. Your awb [protected] shipped via expressgo courier." thereafter no status has been received of the items and till date i am not receiving the aforesaid ordered item from brotherfootprint.

I booked a pair of sandals on Dtd. 18.07.2020 with order No. 27407 with prepaid amount of 499.I received a message with detail of parcel ( AW[protected]) shipped via Expressgo Courier.

Since then I didn't receivwe any detail about my order and did't open Expressgo courier and as well as Brothersfootprint website to track my order.
Kindly look in to the matter either deliver the pair of Sandals or return the prepaid money.

I have lost my 499 Rs by ordering the shoes I haven't received the money back or even shoes

Actually i purchase a shoes from the site that shown in facebook . i ordered the product my order order number is 18803 . last your update is on 18/07/2020 is shipped via expressgo courier and they send me a link to track the courier which is not working i didnt get the pacakage till today 18/09/2020.
pls send my order or pls return the cash

On 8th aug 2020. I had placed an order for 1 pairs of shoes, these were not delivered to me till auguest end. And as per your refund policy money should have been returned to me till 10th sept 2020. But still it has not been done.

I had made an order two months ago in this website, it's not delivery, furthermore please take an severe action on this issue .

I have ordered 1 shoe from the link you provided on 13th of July 2020 and I have received docate number also (AWB[protected]) But i haven't received my parcel yet so please chek your end and arrange to provide the same.

I have made an order (#33905) for shoes may be on 21st july, 2020 but it is not yet delivered. I also got message regarding shipment done but still the order has not been delivered yet. I often sent lot of emails on the company's customer support email if, but no suitable reply has been received from their side. I even email the courier company as well but they also haven't replied positively. Now, since more than a month their website is not working. Even their i. E. Brothers footrprint and expressgocourier's website address are also not visible on google search engine. So i think its a fraudulent scam to cheat the people. I have already paid the amount of rs.499/- but the product is not yet delivered because its a fraud with me and so does the other people also.

Hi, i have ordered (#61260) one pair of shoes, but till now not getting devilry. Even there is no any update regarding delivery.

But still i had not received my order or payment refund. Also mailed them but no response. I mailed to razorpay also for refund but no action till date.
Kindly help us for refund.. And to punish these frauds..

I had order a shoes and sandal from brothersfootprint website which contains 3 pair of shoes and 2 pairs of sandal from website on july 13 and 14 ... it gave me information that order has been dispatched n tracking no from expressgocourier.com its shiwed me as consignment in transit.. later on i contacted to courier company by mail thy replied me saying that there employes has detected covid positive so all services are suspended for 14 days but aftr 14 days i tried to contact the courier service there is no response from them i tried to contact brotherfootprint thy asked to conatact courier service . But till now i didnt recived any courier and even now no website of shopping are courier service is not avaliable i tried to contact the other courier service they said their is no such courier service... i forwarding you a order id n tracking no of courier service please look into the mattet

I placed an order for footwear on fb page from this brothers footprint, since then i have been trying to get updates on my order and cant get through, i dint even get my refund, is there someone to sort it out?
