I orderd dell laptop with charger laptop not working properly . When i ask for return or change they denied
rude behavior fraud company budli.

I have used budli.in to sell my amazon fire tv stick. Earlier they quoted higher price, but after inspection (when the product is in working condition), they are quoting very very low price. When I am asking to return the product, they are quoting very high price....

I have sold my old coolpad note 3 phone to Budli.in on 7 feb with order number [protected] for rs 913. After the phone received by them, they revised the value to rs 120 which was very low.
Since the price was not what I expected, I asked them to send my phone back. But they have stopped replying.
Now they have my phone and they are not sending my phone back.
As a customer I feel harassed and cheated.

This is really a fraud company who is cheating customers.

Not delivered order and
Neither refund rs. 500.

Not deliverd order
Never refund 500....

I orderd lenovo tablet from budli on 31 october 2020 then i see the fraud reviews of budli so i tried to cancel my order but they do not cancel myorder so i wait for delivey they give me tracking no of my order on ecom express i saw again and again pick failed not handed over i look that is really a fraud company

This is a fraud company. They took my phone mentioning the price of 3100 and offered me only 573 rupees. That was not enough for them they when I asked for the mobile return they charged me the shipment charge and after that scheduled the return on 3rd November and it`s going to get 10 days now. They have not dispatched it till now. They would do anything that they can do to keep your mobile phone in a fraud manner.

My order id is [protected] Budli buys old phone. I sent my Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 on 20th Feb via their courier partner parcelled.in. Earlier they said that my phone cost will be 6250 rs. later they said, they can only pay 2150 for the phone.I told them to return my phone. Its been over 15 days I have not received my phone back. Neither the company bothered to check for it. Like a fool I am continuously following it up, but they keep on saying that the address you provided is incorrect, although I never received any call on this regard neither from their courier partner nor from budli.in. I stay in pune and tracking id shows that my phone has reached pune on 7th of March.

I am really pissed off with both budli and parcelled. After so many follow ups, they are blaming me that you have provided us wrong address. But the same address I mentioned while phone pick-up. How come they reach to me that time and not for delivering the phone?
