Subject: no delivery, no cancelling, no refund of paid money for purchasing

With due respect, i, like to inform you that i had purchased one item on 6/5/2020 with payment rs. 1200 (Twelve hundred) by online transaction at buysnip online seller (https://buysnip.com). but till there is no any steps for delivery/cancelling/refund of paid amount for purchasing. I also mailed (From [protected]@yahoo.com to [protected]@buysnip.com)...

I had placed an online order for the above mentioned formatter board to buysnip on 1st sept 2018. Order no. #56004. I have already paid them rs. 1847.00 through netbanking. Was expecting the material to be delivered at the earliest. But since then i have not received my material. The contact number mentioned in their website was also not working. Got their mobile number as [protected] in the web and contacted them. They are only giving wrong...
