I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the non-delivery of my recent order. On [date of order], I placed an order for a cake through your website, Cakegift.in, with the order number 171897. The order was confirmed via your WhatsApp chat ([protected]), and the person on this chat confirmed my order as received.

Unfortunately, the cake was not delivered on the said date, and I have not received any response from the WhatsApp chat despite multiple attempts to contact.

I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently and provide a resolution. Specifically, I would like to request either a prompt delivery of the cake or a full refund of the amount paid. I believe this is a reasonable request given the circumstances.

Please let me know how you plan to address this issue at your earliest convenience. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

I have ordered cake on 05-mar-2024 to deliver on 06-Mar-2024 with extra delivery charge of 300. cake cost 824 rs. total 1124 rs. at last minute they message me as order cancelled and refund. still they have not initiated refund. if ask will refund initiate after 30 days.

I ordered a cake on 17th June 2023 order id: 152904, to be delivered on 23rd june 2023 in Mathura. I paid the amount on the same day but when i connected with them on 23rd June the day of delivery at 7:30 PM, they are saying we cannot deliver it today as the team is still working. We will cancel your order and refund the amount, the refund will be done in next 15-30 days.
The amount I paid who is going to give interest on that for next 30 days and the mental harrasment that they had given to us who is going to pay for that. Also i havent received any Email or anything stating that the refund has been initiated or whether they are actually going to give my money back or not.

I ordered cake on Sep 21, 2022. It was not delivered on the expect date Sep 23, 2022. It's been 40 days now, and the amount is also not refunded. They stopped picking up the call now.

My order was not delivered and my money is not being returned and customer service representative is being very rude.

Order Id 140658. No cake and refund. Simply cheating and doing fraud.

I have ordered cake 4th August in Cakegift.in website. They promised me to deliver the order but they keep on postponed and finally cancel the order.
They told refund will be within 30days. But it is more than 30 days. They didn't refunded. My order is 140658.

I have ordered cake and gift to be delivered on 26.8 22, only cake has been delivered, gift not yet reached destination...when I call them, they say it will b delivered soon...there's no response when I ask for cancelation and refund...the worst service ever

I have ordered rakhi and chocolate to be delivered on 10 August and before ordering
alled them and they assured that it will be delivered to location on time as they are doing express delivery for the festival but till date it is not dispatched.When i tried to contact them now they are not picking the call and not replying on WhatsApp also.When i called from another number the person picked up but he cannot tell how much time more will it take i requested him that my festival is there please respond he was very rude .I told him i will complain for the same then he said do whatever u want

I had ordered malai ghewar on 04/08/2022, but till 12/08/2022 it is not delivered yet, not any satisfactory answer is provided by cakegift .in team.
Please take necessary action

We ordered rakhi to deliver yesterday night and still they are not responding.Return money as the order is not delivered

This complaint is regarding the order I've placed with this website cakegift.in for my husband's birthday gift. The site seemed so genuine and selection payment etc went well. Even paid extra money for a timely delivery, but after waiting for half a day realised there are just frauds and when contacted they are blabbering that location is remote where as it is right on the NH and anybody who travelled even once on that route will not call it so. They really needs to be validated by consumer court. After facing issue only read the very bad reviews on different sites about them. Please stop these people before many others get cheated.

I have ordered a cake(order no 134189 in dharmapuri Tamilnadu pincode:636705) online on 15.03.2022 spider man cake(2 tier cake) but received other spider man cake(which is of single base ) on the same day.

The cost for 2tier cake was rps. 1948 was paid online but received a single base cake.

I have seen the image of the 2tier cake online and it was paid for which it was displayed on the website if it was just single base cake then why it was not specified or mentioned anywhere on the website.

The customer support team said the cake will be delivered by 5:30 pm and we received cake by 6:45 after continuously following up from 5:20 pm to 6:30 till that moment no response from the team neither on the customer support no [protected] (a call icon on website, if you click on that then it will directly call on that nimber) nor on whatsapp no [protected] .

After so much fed up conversation chats on whataspp to the customer support team to provide me the updates about my order.

At least the cakegifts.in should provide the duly updates to the customer about their order updates .

Either deliver me my product which i have paid for (2 tier cake ) or else compensate me money for which i received (single base cake).

They took extra money gave very cheap cakes and wrote and wrote the message in a tissue paper. They are dacoits. Didn’t respond to call

We ordered a cake in this website. Before ordering we called and confirmed either this is possible to deliver to my pincode. They said for sure that is available for Pan India delivery and we asked about the payment they said only online payment. After payment we couldn't get any order Id and tracking details and we called again they started ignoring calls and messages
