Hi my name is pradip chauhan and i ordered gold earring of 2.0 gms and paid full money while ordering the item. After two days they called me that they want extra money because the jwellery weight is increased to 10%. although they have mentioned the weight 2.0 gms on website. I requested them i unable to pay for extra money please send me the item what i ordered...

This company gave a initial signup bonus of Rs 500..
I placed an order for a women's bracelet amounting to Rs 14908
I paid the balance amount Rs 14408..
Now after the jewelry was manufactured the weight was less than what I paid for..
Customer service representative said they will refund the balance amount which is Rs 963..
Apparently when the time came to refund the amount they refunded only Rs 463 not...
