Dear car24,
It has been shocking and pathetic service offered by your ghaziabad branch during my recent visit to the office for re inspections. The inspector who has done the inspection does not know what is to be filled in your portfolio and doesn’t understand the meaning of scratch vs damage. First of all, he wrote n/a under insurance section of your portal, do you think in india as per ipc act no vehicle can be used without valid insurance. Secondly for the minor scratches he has mentioned the damaged. For ex, for scratch of bumper he mentioned grill is damaged. Other issue was roof, he has mentioned the roof as damaged but in reality there is no such scratch and damage. Later i have taken team to show where the damage is. The car is with the dust and he is referring the dust as scratch/damage. Amazing experience.
The same vehicle was inspected on 17th feb 2019 with appt. Id: [protected], there was no such remark as the vehicle was services 2 days back and is clean and car24 offered inr 5.8 lakhs for the same. As my vehicle has the loan so i asked them to hold the deal as i have to clear my loan and transfer rc on my name. I received the call from your moti nagar team mr. Shashank that i can reach him whenever in future i wish to sell the car after transfer of loan/rc. I called him yesterday and has just asked for the car number and told me that he will revert but till date he never informed. I don’t able to understand if you can’t keep your words why you people make fake calls to customers and provide wrong information.
As it took some time to get the noc from bank and get the rc transfer on my name, i visited your so called car24 office again yesterday with apt id: [protected] and it was informed it will be inspected again. I agreed and it was survey again. But the person who is inspecting is highly unprofessional and has no knowledge. He even didn’t able to find the chassis number of vehicle and cannot read the expiry date of insurance. He inspected for hours and called more than 3-4 staff continuously to get what is to be filled and don’t know the difference between scratch vs damage. Making fun of english and your team sitting in office are defending the same that if it has missed by inspector and the same will be ignored by the bidder as well. No insurance details are provided. Don’t understand difference between the grill of vehicle and front number.
If we put “garbage in obviously there will be garbage out”, i informed your team that survey was not proper, but all staff gathered and trying to defend the same that the same is iso certified. I am also working in mnc and understand what iso 5001, 1200 means and never expected people are taking iso certification so easily with such an unprofessional staff and inspection team. I will surely send the separate mail to iso certification provided to have the audit of employee/knowledge of process as well before renewing further certification as it is not properly handled by few staff of caar24. I asked your office staff that i am not agree with the inspection and take them to the car and showed them there is no damage on roof. Than inspector is called and he try to show the dust as scratches. No one tried to rectify the data or tried to fill the insurance details and is mentioned n/a and tried to convince me it will be ignored by the bidders.
Since, they have entered “garbage data” as expected they have offered inr 4.9 lakhs as their final estimation. So, i dropped the deal as “garbage output” is already expected. Even i tried to inform inspection person as i received the sms from car24 than insurance detail is required for better evaluation, but he ignored and informed that he will ask officer inside office and fill and eventually he ignored. Later when we come to office he is not sure how to rate the vehicle and asked 3-4 people what is to be filled. With such a pathetic attitude of inspection staff i knew they are trying to make me fool.
Even in evening i received the call from car24, some lady was speaking and i informed her about my concern and she has no advice, rather she also tried to convince that is foolproof process.
One simple question “yes you are iso certification, but your employees are not audited nor they have any knowledge, just making fun of customers”. They are good to take 10-15 years old vehicle which goes in scrap and doesn’t need any expertise.
After dropping the deal of car 24, i visited gaddi.com today and in first inspection they have offered me better price than car24 inr 5.8 lakhs. I am so happy with the service and hospitality of the gaddi.com and instantntly sold the vehicle in less than 1 hour.in car 24 i have wasted more than 3 hours.
Just by doing advertisement/ commercials on television will not make your business great, it is customer who determines success and failure. For me car24 is a big failure.
I am writing this so that if any one of you thinking of going to car24 please doesn’t visit as they are highly unprofessional team and tried to fool customers.
I advice to visit the gaddi.com noida, delhi, faridabad branch who are much more professional and give better hospitality and discuss with customer in case we have any issue.

    Sold my hyundai i10 mangna to car24, banaglore branch

    Address: 2nd floor, 363/4, krishna arcade, near meenakshi mall, hulimayu pai layout, bannerghata main road above hdfc bank opposite chaitanya techno school, bengaluru, karnataka 560076, india

    In mid of may 2018.

    Its been now 5 months, and i've still not got rc book transfer.

    When i mailed them, they said the car is already been sold :
    And that it will take 45 days.

    Its been more than 45 days for sure, and when i mailed them 4 days back, they didn't revert, looks like they stopped revering to mails.

    This is not a good services expected out of car24.

    These guys now putting the thread marked as resolved even if its not resolved .. another fraud practice
    This is the most unprofessional service I have came across... no transparency ..complete lies .. its been 6 months and they have still not transferred the RC book, and when asked they said car has been sold and will RC transfer will be done in 45 days, but its now 6 months .. and when you ask what happened they stop responding !!!
