I recd service call from carcareindia on 11 may 19 i purchase classic pack for 5999/ by paytm paylink with assurance of 30% cashback somedayafter on 15 may 19 they again sent paytm payment link for refund of cashback again 5999/- amount paid by me till date no refund nor car service received they are not giving satisfactory answers not picking up phones .Going forward to lodge complaint with national consumer forum, noida police and cyber...

I got call from carcareindia.in. Caller was rakesh he told me about they are provided 4 service, 4 car cleaimg & 30% cash back. Then he introduced me to rahul mahajan saying he as is senior can discuss any doubts or concern. After email confirmation i agreed to payment, but my bad luck my first payment failed after entering otp, money was deducted but order confirmation did not showed. Today i received a call from car care india carcareindia.in and i made online payment of rs 16999 with same commitment of 30% wave off add free gift of rs 3000. But when i made the payment, amount deducted from my account and care india confirmed that they have received the payment but no receipt issued to me. I am afraid that i am also become the victim of this company. It is less then 24 hours of my payment, so i send a mail to

I am also victim of 10000 after taking the payment they are not responding the call. When one time call get connected (I called from different number) they are telling that they will not refund the money. No service not refund. They are indian but doing job against india. There mail i'd.

He called his name as kunal srivastav. Promised 30% cashback and car seat cover. They have multiple phone numbers and they must be calling many more people as i could hear other agents in the background introducing carcareindia.in in the background. When i had searched, this link had not come up. So fell prey to them.

Like other folks out here, i am also victim to there fraudulence. They gave offers and bagged rs 10000 from me. I also booked services, but no one turned up. If any genuine government authority is listening to this. Please take my urge to put the culprits behind bars.
